Moli is great, it's not perfect but certainly it was very refreshing and did not restrict itself to comon troops. I think many people had false expectations to this show wich affected their experience and view on the show. It strayed far away from the source material which would upset many of the novel readers and wasn't as revenge driven as many wished. It seems many were also waiting for the revelation that Yeli was a transmigrator which wasn't the case in the series. Being displeased is understandable but if you're just starting I'd recommend you to give it a try with no prior prejedice and hopfully you'd enjoy the ride!!
lots of waisted potential in this one. I got bored and like many people skipped to watch for the brothers and 2nd fl. the show in concept had many good ideas but dircting choices made everything confusing, some plots are over explained while other twists should be taken as is with no further explaination. i know some would argue that on the second watch things would be cleare, I agree many symbolisms and details could be found on a rewatch. but its bad when on the first watch I dont even get what was each characters intent.
Park Eun Bin’s acting is always the same in every drama. Overdoing it and looking like she’s mentally handicapped…
agree..honestly she was great as attorny woo but here the character she was portraying just wasnt it. especially when i compare her to her younger self how did she turn into that?
i noticed novels with rebelling against a king/ruler or displace them is usually altered. certain them like time…
actually the transmigration omission is great, I often feel that it downplays the seriousness of events. this way the stake feels higher and allows more creative writing.
This show has idaresay unique characters and storylines but im gonna say this: mo xiu yao has that almost ubiquitous…
Except for the point where they got divorce ( in which he thought was the right thing to do and regretted it later) I don't belive he ever wronged her otherwise.
Truly loved this show. there are many subtle details that would click with second time watcher. both leads have done amazing and I loved many of the supporting cast, however many of the young actors performance felt unnderwhelming especially the young empror truly they could've chosen a better actor. on a side note, what does censorship in cdramas stand for? it seems that it often lead to some changes from the source material...like how exactly does it work ?
