Cute cute cute
I wouldn't mind if this was a normal drama with 1 hour long episodes because the characters are adorable and I would watch a bigger story about them 100%
The story is simple, yes, that's obvious, but its so cute to see them creating a relationship of caring for each other and its also very nice to see a drama talking about sasaengs and how they can traumatize artists, the same way that the main character got traumatized by it.
The relationship between the byul and the guy from the cafe is also very cute and could've had been a little more explored, but since is very short web drama i can understand that they were focusing on the main couple.
Again: cute cute cute

I dont get it

I feel like i was way too hyped because of the first two episodes and expected way too much from this drama. I dont even know what i was expecting but it delivered absolutely nothing. Did it make me happy? No. Did it make me sad? No. Did it make me emotional? No. It made me frustrated.
The scenes just felt like they were thrown there in a rush, sometimes is hard to follow what is even happening. Important stuff that woild add so much to the plot are brought up and "solved" in 5 seconds. Like Jinju family situation, it had so much potential because honestly it semmed like a terrible and traumatic household, but its just brushed up in a minute of flashback. Doonas manager or whatever that man was, i was totally up for doona going back on stage and being happy but i didnt want it to be with that guy, he clearly didnt treat her well as well as her agency didnt treat her or the other members of her group well, that becomes clear when her member meets up with her and says that if doona hadnt stopped singing she would and even with all that happening - and alot more stuff that we have no idea about because the script is way too ambigous - doona still goes back to the same place.
I wanted character development and what i got was absolutely nothing. The whole drama i didnt feel doonas feelings for wonjun at all. Most of the time it just felt like she was going after him cause she was lonely and that its brought up a couple of times but they dont ever really talk it out. I wanted confrortation. Conversation. Development. And it just didnt happened, the only time i felt like she had a little bit of feelings for him was in the last episode when she cried and went to confront him about it but even when i thought we were finally going to have a good conversation abiut their relationships and feelings the said two words for each other and hugged. TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Explain to each other why you did what you did. I dont know if the confusing and ambigous feelings are the concept of the drama but it didnt match with me.
The secondary characters had potential and it was just thrown away. If youre gonna show me a second couple then show me a second couple. I dont need them to become the main characters or anything but i feel like they dont even have full five minutes of sceen time together and they look like they would had such good couple shenanigans. I didnt feel like i would like them as a couple cause when ira first came i found her a little annoying but she grew into me and she clearly had a good couple dynamic with her boyfriend which we see for two minutes of them getting ready to go to work together in the last episode and just that made me want more from them. I wanted to see them grow into a couple and to go from like to love. It could be quick scenes but i just wanted SOMETHING.
I feel like such good casting was wasted. Their acting was good but the script was a let down. In my opinion it didnt have enough depth. It feels like the wanted to do so many good things but it all ended unflavored.
Also that ending sucked ass

I think I was way to hyped for this

I started watching this drama because everyone was saying how amazing it was and how the plot was oh so interesting. The first couple of episodes were okay and the plot was not as interesting as i though it was, but i kept going because i can't deny that the characters are charismatic. Then it seemed like the main couple got caught in a loop about their past and IT DIDN'T LEAVE THAT, I watched a lot of dramas and I know a lot of them have the little push and pull game in the middle of it but it wasn't interesting to watch, it was always the same thing over and over, i wanted to see more of the side characters who had so much potential for it to be wasted like that. The story of the main couple could've been solved way sooner maybe that way it wouldn't be so tiring to watch.
Again I'm gonna say that I was probably way to hyped for this because of what everyone was saying but maybe y'all where just horny and liked to see them makeout.

I feel like this show would be perfect if the second couple was the main one.
I just finished watching it and i dont know the name of the main characters. I got interest in this drama because i saw a edit of ai di and chen yi and i thought the show was about them, even when i searched a little bit about it on youtube the only ones thag showed up where them, i feel like they completely took over the show for me.
I feel bad saying this after reading the other reviews of people saying they love the main couple but they just didnt do it for me. Their story was boring. There was absolutely no chemestry - it felt like watching two rocks talk and kiss. Their back stories had no depth, - i still dont know how the older one got in the gang, is it related to his family? Im pretty sure is not, then how did it happened? Also why did he get into a gang if he dont like crimes? Like i get it if the character is in a tough situation and the only way out is getting into a life you dont agree with completely but he seemed like he wanted to be there? Like saying that he wanted to do more difficult jobs and complaining that they treated him like a child - the backstory of the mom of the younger one was brushed up for five seconds for the characters to have a reason to have a emotional conection but i feel like it was to fast and didnt matter to me at all. The other student who was his friend in high school, what happened to him? Also if the girl student who later goes to work with him on the shop didnt know that he didnt finish high school because he was arrested does that means no one else that went to school with him knows? Did his friends just figured that the best student in the class who wanted to be a doctor and worked really hard for it simply dropped out of the face of the earth all of sudden and none of them cared?
I only finished watching this drama to see more of ai di and chen yi, - mostly ai di cause sadly we dont even see much of chen yi - ai di captivated me since the first scene he was in. It seems like a cliche, the troublemaker is head over heels for someone but acts like is nothing when in reality is crushing him inside, but i love it and ill eat it up everytime. Iwanted to know more about them, every time ai di came in to screen it made me want to watch a little bit more so i could learn about his past but unfortunately we dont get to know much about it, he says his and chen yis parents died so they were adopted and thats it. I wanted to see chen yis reaction to ai di going to prison. I wanted more scenes of him realizing he really loved ai di all along. I wanted more angst and more drama but i wanted lengthy scenes of that, not just two minutes of them figuring their feelings out to be cut in the middle to show something that i didnt really care about. Also chen yi having a crush on their boss thing, they often talked about how admiration is different from love and he didnt realize that that was what was happening with his boss but honestly we dont see much about their relationship to know why chen yi even admires him - the guy didnt seem like he was doing much, he wasnt intimidating like a mafia boss, he wasnt wise and neither charismatic - so his one sided love didnt feel deep enough cause it feels like they didnt have time to explore that.
Thats my biggest disappointment with ai di and chen yis story: they didnt have enough time. This drama was and is theirs and they deserved better.
Its a shame cause i feel like i couldve enjoyed so much more if the main couple was more entertaining and didnt make me want to skip all kf their scenes to watch the second couple's scenes.

This drama had everything to do well and the writers simply decided to go crazy with it

First of all, the beggining. It was all so lovely, we could really sympathize with Rara and everything that was going on with her life, she was abandoned by her fiance, her father died, she went bankrupt and ended up without a place to live. Till there its dramatic, i know, but they're all stuff that can happen, and for a kdrama the dramatic lart was very good. Then Jun helps her, she makes friends, she's able to open a businesses of her own, honestly I thought the biggest plot of this drama was going to be that stalker thing. Then we find out about Jun's story, I could hardly swallow that because he was still a minor, but Rara kept her distance and he they managed everything till he became off age. OKAY. THEN the boy got cancer. Seriously I think the wristers just had a lot of ideas and couldn't decide which ones to use, they just kept putting the characters through trauma after trauma. I would still get it if Jun actually died, I got really sad and the whole thing like the letter and his mom going to see Rara, I was sad but I could understand that, but he pretended to be dead for FIVE YEARS. Jun was a character that cared so much about other's feelings and then he lied to everyone for five years?? Doesn't sit well with me, they could have had a perfect ending together.
But there's still some stuff that I absolutely loved about this drama (before the story got a mess)
Jun and Rara's love and care for each other: they loved each other so much, you could see how much they cherished each other everytime they were together.
Doctor Cha: I thought the only use of his character was going to be to be used in a love triangle, but that was not it at all. He was living a sad life, got away from everything. He got a crush on Rara that's true, but the moment she said no he never once tried something, he moved on, he respect her. I'm also really glad he got back to his ex-wife. Its not always that people get divorce because they hate esch other, the drifted apart, but they worked they relationship from the beggining for five years after that, its nice to see a drama that shows that side of people's life as well.
Hayoung and Seunggi: they were absolutely adorable. I'm a sucker for friends-to-lovers and the way their relationship was build felt so natural to me. Seunggi always cherished Hayoung, he never hid that, he was always by her side as a friend, he never once let his feelings get in her way. And for Hayoung, once she realized the person she loved was always by her size she didnt change a lot, but it was noticeable how much she liked him. She could not show it a lot, but she loved him just as much. I also loved that they kept their bickering and playfull relationship even after they got married. They were cute af.
Overall, the drama could've (should've) ended a lot better. The cast was good, the acting was good, and the soundtrack and the episode titles always connected to the piano was realy adorable. It's a shame the writers got lost with the story in the last episodes, I wish this drama had a cheerful and wholesome ending :((

I was very invested in the story till half of it, i couldn't predict what was going to happen and that was very nice but then the yoon ha and joon ki plot just got into a loop of slways the same thing, the same with her "fights" with her older sister where she didn't do anything. Loved the chang soo and ji yi story, best thing on the drama. The last episode was way too rushed, i wanted to see the end of stuff, a lot wasnt satisfying like: why didnt yoon ha's father get a proper punishment for being a terrible human being? Why didn't yoon ha's mother leave when she said a bunch of times that she was in a abusive relationship and that she didnt want to stay in that house any longer? What happened to the fight on the older sister and the older brother? Who ended up being the company's vice president?
The first half of the drama was really nice, thr second part could've been better if they didn't kept doing the same stuff every episode.
