So many rumored lead, one after another. At this point I don't mind them casting wang churan with zhang linghe again.

It's been many months, and so many rumored fl for this drama. If they still can't decide then I would like them to cast wang churan with zhang linghe in this historical drama.

Ren susu and Qingyi had so many hand holding scenes through out the drama. Watching the bts and learned that it was zhang linghe's idea for most of the hand holding scenes. The bts where they did the pinky promise, he said he wanted to hold her hand too lol. I like how wang churan and zhang linghe are giving advice and helping the director direct.

I love Ren susu and Qingyi pen pal letters. Brought back memories, made me remember writing pen pal letters back then. Ren susu is so funny, she sent a drawing of herself as a buff man and also a depiction of what Qingyi look like. Then Qingyi sent her a drawing of the human body anatomy, 😅🤣 Ren susu called Qingyi a "pervert". Lmao

Yass, Fu Xin Bo is aging like fine wine. I can't believe that he's 39yrs. 😅 Their mom in this drama is played by Myolie Wu whom is 46yrs and they made Fu Xin Bo her son. Many said the elder sister looks older than the mom, their older sister is played by momo Wu who is 34 yrs old. I think they all played their character really good.

Yeah, qingyi mother hates him and blames him for the death of their father Murong Feng. They never get along. If you watch the whole drama you will to understand more, and they also have a lot of flashbacks that help explain it too as each episode unfold.

If you listen and pay attention to qingyi sarcastic remarks, you will understand who he got it from (adopted dad).

Since qinyi birth mother doesn't care about him, what makes her think others will care about him. Qingyi's mom was flabbergasted so she ask "what kind of talk is that" and he replied back a "human talk", he was just being sarcastic.

Ikr, I've came upon txw toxic fans too thru different social media platforms. Those txw toxic fans had the audacity to bad mouth zhang linghe and called him a playboy. Lmao 🤣 they are actors and actress afterall obliviously they will get paired with new co-stars (they must forgot that txw work with new co-star too) . They are so delulu and even said that zhang linghe cheated on their txw and that he doesn't deserve their tian. 🙄 🤣

Yeah, the leaked script confirms that he survived. The intial given clues that I found while watching the ending with express was his late brothers telling him to go back to his wife and kid, that means qingyi didn't cross over to the underworld.

Yep, people are too quick to judge and they don't even try to understand thru the character pov and psychological issues/inner conflict of each character. The flashbacks explain a lot about the backstory of every event.

Qingyi survive so many times in the past and even the plague too lol, that's why even with the open ending I know he will survive too.

Does everyone kept track of their dramas or what? I've watched many in the past but never bother with my drama list.

I said some toxic POJ shipper and txw toxic fans, I didn't say all. Like said it before, I've came acrossed/read many nasty comments made by them thru different social media including some here too. I know people have different taste in dramas and genuine critque is okay but some are just made by trolls and some doesn't even watch the drama but come troll too.

Anyways, how are you going to judge a drama without watching the full drama? The plot is not all over the place, if you watch it then you will understand thru the flashback.

Romance in the rain is set in republican era but they also have western clothes too. Same thing for overdo, so I don't get how people are going to bash overdo for being too modern for it's time period setting and critize the plot without watching the whole drama. At least there's no love triangle in overdo like romance in the rain between 2 siblings.

Romance in the rain setting is set in the republican era 1930 in Shanghai. Romance in the rain also have a touch of modernism to it's wardrobe style too, like western clothes.
