Romance in the rain is set in republican era but they also have western clothes too. Same thing for overdo, so I don't get how people are going to bash overdo for being too modern for it's time period setting and critize the plot without watching the whole drama. At least there's no love triangle in overdo like romance in the rain between 2 siblings.

Bruh, this is a fictional drama with some aspect of the republican era setting not the entire thing. If yall want something more realistic with a good depiction of how it was back then, go watch an old documentary of the republican era not a drama.

They are POJ toxic shippers and also toxic fans of txw. they even dragged wang churan down and bad mouth her just because wang churan is the fl for overdo. Churan and linghe looked good together so those fans are jealous and showing their toxicity. I've read and saw so many nasty commments from POJ toxic shipper and txw toxic fans from many platforms on social media.

This drama is good. Some are probably the trolls/toxic POJ shipper who downrate it and and keep on coming to ask about the rating with no intention of trying to watch the drama in the first place.

Yes, I love wang churan in overdo and in how dare you. Wang churan and zhang linghe did an amazing job portraying their character in here, they were overwhelmed with so many crying scenes. 🤣 wang churan and zhnag linghe even joked that they had so many crying scenes in here, they earned their title as Mr. And Mrs. Crybaby. The crybaby couple. 🤣

In ep 33 qingyi saw an illusion of his brothers and friends encouraging him to stand up and go back since his wife and kid was waiting for him. It was sad but then 😅🤣 Li Bo Ze probably went to the underworld and told qingyu about all the tea/drama, qingyu even knew about Le An as qingyi and ren susu's son and told qingyi to go back to them.

I'm rewatching the part where Li Bo Ze and Qingyi was drinking then Li Bo Ze give Qingyi a whole lecture for him to stay away from ren susu since qingyu they are getting married. 🤣 Li Bo Ze knew that qingyi like ren susu and thought qingyi was the third party in the relationship.

Later on Li Bo Ze found out that ren susu was pregnant and he thought that the baby was his late brother qingyu child and offer to help raise it, but then ren susu told him that there's no love between qingyu and her, the child was qingyi's 🤣😅 his shocked face was so funny.

I love the humour in this drama.
Qingyi's conversation with Le An 🤣

Le An: Which dad are you talking about?
Qingyi: 🤔 which dad??How many dad do you have!??
Qingyi was shocked and almost got high blood pressure, (I can picture what qingyi is thinking, he must be jealous and secretly cursing at ren susu, like how dare she get with so many men )

But then Le An explained what he means. 😅

Anyone who have candy and is handsome, Le An want them to be his dad.

All the actors enjoy and had fun acting behind the scenes.

I found ren susu and qingyi characters likable from the beginning, they are always at each others throat and bickering. I found it interesting and funny.

I'm rewatching this drama again. 🤣 the part where qingyi went to his brother's office because he knew ren susu was over there,then he came to steal his brothers buns. And also the part where qingyi saved ren susu and told qingyu that "let her be your sister-in-law instead" that was savage 🤣 qingyu even got mad and called qingyi's name out loud.

Idk about others but for me this drama was zhang linghe best performance. He look so good in here, and his portrayal of emotions are on point. 💯

I love the jokes and humor in this drama especially with qingyi sarcastic lines.
