Wait so that MV well I got it and then at the end...it confused me...so she never existed or what IDK!
*SPOILER* It fools you into thinking Seo In Guk was in love with the girl and was sad since she was getting married to another man. But the end is a twist and reveals that Seo In Guk was actually in love with the man that she was marrying, (as shown when he rearranges the photo at the end) and hated her for taking the man he loved away from him. (IMHO) ^_^
