So in the end, Xia Jing Shi turned out to be the most useless one from beginning to end. What army could he possibly lead? I never saw him fight in any real battle , not even in the finale, I can’t say that was an actual fight.
They could have wrapped up the series nicely in 32 episodes at most, there was no need to drag it out so much with the whole Storm Alliance thing.
Out of all the roles, the female lead’s was the best developed : a true fighter, determined, strong, I really liked her character a lot.
I wasn’t impressed by the male lead either. As the God of War, I was expecting more spectacular battle scenes, but most of the time, it was the female lead who did everything.
