Female lead’s character is unlikable…and I think it might be because Meng Zi Yi’s acting is dull.ML and…
That’s your opinion, and I respect it , but from my point of view, I don’t think you’re right. Both the FL and ML are likable characters. They’re smart, strategic, and they genuinely care about each other. She did everything she could to protect the people close to the ML, and he did the same for her. Even if he couldn’t fully trust her, he still did everything he could to protect her.
Based on the last two episodes, it really seems like the FL has lost her memory. I’m glad to see that the ML has learned all the details about the FL’s childhood and now understands how much she’s been through. The age difference between the FL and her brother is only three years, I thought it was much more. I’m also puzzled by the relationship between the 3rd Prince and Empress Lv. At one point in episode 21, the FL says, “Prince Wuyin and his sister have always depended on each other,” which would mean they’re siblings, but then I can’t quite make sense of that bridal chamber scene 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
I guess they aren’t that smart?😭 I’m so frustrated with this I can’t
They’re both smart, but it’s hard to fully trust someone, especially after the situations where the ML found the FL trying to kill the 4th Prince. It’s normal for him to have doubts, and in this case, the ML can’t afford to make even the slightest mistake, especially since it involves the 4th Prince.
Ok, so the 4th Prince is saved - but she (Jiang Tao Hua) falls off the cliff b/c of the other girl (villain) dragging…
I wonder what truth she actually told him in episode 17, because the FL told her maid that she told him the truth, but based on what we saw in today’s episodes, it doesn’t really seem like she did.
I enjoyed these last two episodes as well, although the mountain scene was pretty poorly executed, I don’t even understand how the FL thought Wan Qing would fall for such an obvious trap. I’m sorry to see that the ML ended up not trusting the FL after all, but I think anyone who saw that situation with the 4th Prince would’ve had doubts. Still, he did try to save her. Now they’ll probably drag out the amnesia plot line for a few more days, though I don’t think she actually lost her memory. I think she’s just pretending in order to expose the 3th Prince.
YOY People where the hell is that laughing EMOJI ..You some people here i read thinking that the empress and 3Rd…
Everyone is free to think whatever they want ,after all, that’s why we’re all here: to speculate 😅 Most people haven’t read the novel, and even if they had, what happens in the novel often doesn’t happen the same way in the drama.
wait did she tell him about her situation in ep 17? i couldn't watch it thinking it would be full of misunderstanding
Yes, she told him or at least that’s what she claims. They didn’t actually show what she said, but I think she told him the truth, and the ML said he trusts her. Now I’m not sure how much trust he’ll still have after the 3rd Prince and Wan Qing unexpectedly decided to try to kill the 4th Prince. Most likely, the FL will end up caught in the middle, and the ML will lose trust in her, unless the two of them are secretly planning something again.
No way this is a 8/10 drama. It's full of lame tropes and seems to "take inspiration" from existing dramas. Like…
It’s normal for dramas to resemble each other these days, it’s pretty hard to come up with something truly new. But at least I’m glad that both the FL and the ML are smart and manage to resolve their misunderstandings quickly. At least they don’t annoy me, so I can keep watching them without getting frustrated.
I really enjoyed today’s episodes. I liked how they communicate and understand each other. I still can’t tell if she told him the whole truth, or exactly what she told him. I wonder if the unexpected actions from Wan Qing and the 3rd Prince might end up making the ML doubt the FL after all...
Yup, a little bit, especially those episodes in the village, including the costumes , but I hope we won't have…
I tried to finish Love of Nirvana, but I got stuck at episode 24. Something about the male lead’s acting puts me to sleep , I don’t know if it’s his calm demeanor or something else 😅

I've never seen anything like that in another drama... The way he carried Mei Lin around, thinking she was dead, taking her to all the places he had promised, those moments were incredibly tragic. I cried so much 😢😢😢😢
