This vertical drama is quite good actually. The amount of times this made me laugh is insane. Also what makes it better is reading the bullet comments on iQIYI π€£π€£ the commenters are so funny.
Overall this drama is okay, but could've been better if they gave a short explanation on why they survived in the end... it was quite an abrupt ending ;-;
My cutest Ai Mi! She's sooo cute in here π₯° and I'm glad to hear her original dubbing voice in this drama! I think on her recent dramaβKttph, her voice was dubbed by a VA ;-;
Ahhhh! The comments are making me so jealous... I badly want to watch this since they said that there's a lot of comedy in here. I am such a fan of comedy dramas (especially in costume dramas), so this will be a top notch watch for me (if ever).

Agree on this! π₯² the plot and writing is poor. The director could've used the opportunity to properly execute how the scenes from 2016 to 2026 happened. Because at first, I was so hype on that change size screen from 2016 to 2026, only for it to not utilized well. The writing could've been better.
I think many people like this mainly for the chemistry of the leads, which I will not deny that it's okay. But this is just my point. We all have different preferences on what we watch. π
P.S. but I can't deny the good OSTs on this drama!
I watched the first 6 eps released today, and so far it's actually intriguing me... there were obviously some lapses in the plot itself but so far, it's okay and watchable.
I watched this drama back then during its year of release so I kinda want to rewatch it again. Because never did I know that i'll actually have a line in work experience about as an editor and an interest in publishing. So, this will be a much better second watch for me (hopefully).
Or... maybe because I want to see Yuxi and Shuxin together again π

Yes! Hong Ye and Ning'an's part really interested me as i am slowly losing interest in the episodes while watching it (so draggy... π₯²) and then the time reversal for 100 years ago came and I am seated and watched it with enthusiasm.
