Nah you misunderstood. It gives us message to use sunscreen whenever we have to go outside. Her original skin is light but the drama mentioned a lot that she never used sunscreen and she had to deliver her mom's food to customers under the sunshine most of the time which caused her skin looked dark. Burned. It's realistic and acceptable reasons. Then after some time her little sister bought her sunscreen as gift and after wearing suncreen her burned skin started to be lighter.

Okay, while waiting this drama I'm gonna read the novel first.

I heard the CGI team that would handle this drama was the same CGI team from Love and Redemption. I guess I can breath peacefully because their CGI in LaR is really on point during fighting scenes and I expect Immortality will have better CGI quality cause it's produced in 2020-2021 whilst LaR was produced in 2018 although it's only released in 2020.

I also think Jin Mi character is the biggest flaw of this drama. At first, it was hard to watch her but I managed to get used to it the more I watched this drama. Other than her I love everything about this drama. To be honest, she's the main reason I always fail to recommend this drama to my friends although this drama has good plot. My friends had the same reasons as you, they thought she was too dumb, chilidish, and cringe.

I'm never fond of the FL's acting style but I'll definitely gonna watch this for Jae Wook <3

FL ever had thoughts to stop tho. She was fragile af and since beginning she never had self-confidence to pursue this relationship even after the time skip, it was really frustrating to watch.

Different storyline! Their story in Eternal Love was made just for drama sake cause they didn't get the copyright to use original story about DH-FJ. Eternal Love of Dream follows the original story from the novel although there are many changes especially the mortal arc that doesn't exist in novel (the second FL owned the copyright so the production team decided to give her more screentimes lol). Even if this drama is a bit messy and the quality isn't high, I still prefer Donghua and Fengjiu story in ELOD compared to Eternal Love! Not gonna lie, I used to fast forward their cringey story in Eternal Love so I think I can understand how you feel about them.
