On the web version of MyDramaList, I can’t access messages from a particular member, even though I haven’t blocked them to my knowledge. However, on the mobile app, this same member appears to be blocked on my account. Despite numerous attempts, I can’t seem to unblock them using the app.

I’ve already written an email to the support team seeking assistance, but while I await their response, I thought I’d check here to see if anyone had a similar experience or any potential solutions.
