I am excited to see how YY and WCR will portray the protagonists on screen, I am particularly interested in YY's portrayal of SY, because SY's life and family biography is not only imperfect, but extremely painful compared to those movie characters portrayed by YY in dramas so far. Hopefully the plot modifications due to censorship won't be overly significant. What would be desirable would be a depiction of the relationship between SY&XQ that is relatively close to the original narrative which is not only lovingly deep and physically intimate, but also emotionally romantic, at times bleak and resentful, but quite true to life.
