Just started watching this drama (had been putting it off since long) - and the actor Kim Dong Kyu (Korean Lit Teacher) reminds me a lot of Lee Soo Hyuk - voice and looks a little bit.
Will she be the Trashta -we know and love to hate from the webtoon?🤣🤣. Fingers crossed🤞🏾
Yes, don't worry I understood both - Rashta the character and that they might be calling her "Trashta" in the webtoon. I only meant - I hope she's not Trashta in the drama-adaptation. Like I get a love/hate character but I hope not trash :P
It seems like actress Baek Ji Won and Park Eun Bin have a strong connection. I have seen Park Eun Bin in 3 dramas; and all of them have Baek Ji Won in it - having a positve/negative influence on PEB's character.
1. Do You Like Brahms? - she's Eun Bin character's professor and using her 2. Extraordinary Attorney Woo - I had forgotten this one, but she was CEO Han who hires Attorney Woo (again cause of some ulterior motives) 3. Spooky in Love - they are together again here as aunt and niece, and very evident she's plotting against the niece
But still so weirdly good (?) to see them together time and again!
But I am eager to see this show - it has one of my favorites: Ju Ji Hoon and Lee Se Young. I have not read the manhwa/webtoon, but as I understand their roles will be secondary. I am not sure if they will be the ones plotting and manipulating - it would be interesting to see if they are grey characters. JJH I have seen and loved in a negative role, but want to see Lee Se Young - will she be a naive character in beginning but grow to foil the main female leads' paths? I am excited to see her in negative role.
Also, the costumes and theme are something I love - the whole European setup, given the budgets Disney, it will be great to see it come alive. Plus, there will be a lot of drama and politics - I am feeling like it will be one of those isekei animes based on royalty
Hong Hwa Yeon - I have my doubts. Please surprise me and do a better job. Her last 2 works that I saw "Buried Hearts" and "Filing for Love" - she was I hate to say this about anyone - but she was terrible.
Jun-ho is one of the respected idol-turned-actors, and he can act well. So this comes as a surprise. Lets hope for the best.
I was seeing a lot of casts that are familiar in this drama and another one of Eun Bin's "Do you like Brahms?" | Therefore went to check if there is a common director or screen-writer. But got "spooked" out when I learnt the Director is same as the one who made "Heartbeat" - OMG, this drama is going so well, I hope there are no surprises. He's also made Resident Playbook, so I think - all is well. Didn't see that this drama had tagged "Spellbound" as well - that was great film. So its a mix, going by past works.
I am just kidding - some random trivia facts I stumbled upon. Ep 4 started out so emotional, I was watching it while eating - not recommended (T_T). I like how the drama is giving us cliffhangers - I like such a pace and twist, keeps the excitement on! Waiting for the next weekend :)
Was randomly rewatching Still 17 just now - one of Shin Hae Sun's earlier dramas. I have seen it quite long ago and realised while rewatching that even there Shin Hae Sun's character's father was the same one as in Mr Queen - actor Jeon Bae Soo! What a happy and sweet coincidence :)

Oh this news comes just after, Lee Jun Young departed for his service. I'll miss his work - he's such a talented artist, and off-screen so goofy and cute (Still remember Rented in Finland).
Wishing him a safe service and waiting for him to be back!
the pacing is a bit slow for me, and the over-the-top comedy is a little bit too much LOL but then it is still entertaining and the mystery (ghost) cases keep you hooked to know what happens next. Hope they improve the pace and it gets better in weeks to come.
Eun Bin & Je Song delivering as expected - can't wait for their romance to begin. Ong Seung Wu is here as the SML and is irritating already - but then that's whats expected of him and Jo Hye Joo's characters.
It's 2026 and even after 10 years - I rewatched some scenes of K2. I still think Je-ha (ML) and Yoo-Jin (the anti-heroine) were the main couple, their chemistry was so intense even when no words were shared. Compared to the FL, it was way much better. Many others believe it too - and I have seen a lot of fanfiction around it. I hope we come across such a mature drama, where such a couple with these 2 cast in it, comes to life!
Till then, I shall rewatch the scene of Je-ha holding the umbrella for Yoo-Jin and walking her out. Masterpiece, even a decade later.
I couldn't resist and ended up watching the first episode. It's got the cliches but its so lovely to see Eun Bin and Se Jong (the main leads). Some of the scenes are a little dragged out - but given this is a drama that will have those moments - it's palatable. Looks like its going to be a fun and emotional ride. These kind of dramas - Tomorrow, Move to Heaven, etc where there is an element of death are always heavy. Excited for new episodes!
P.S. The last 2 dramas of Park Eun Bin that I watched was The WonderFOOLS and Attorney Woo - so it's so good to see her with longer hair and heiress vibes; She's always beautiful - but I am loving this look of hers. The feminine look reminded me of "Do you like Brahms".
Well what can you expect from the one who was the main lead in classic epics like "Kung Fu Hustle" and "Shaolin Soccer" ❤️ Hoping to watch it, once it is available in my region!
Awaiting this one cause I love Eun Bin - and it's been a while since I last saw Yang Se Jong in action. Might not start right away, cause I just finished "The East Palace" and since this also has similar themes + it will air weekly; will wait for it to reach the half-point before diving in! Hopefully it will be good :)
Hmm - I want to disagree here. Rather I feel NJH has a lot of diverse emotions/expressions but in every drama…
I totally understand and yes, I know the comments at times can be a little extreme. I have learned (took me a while) to take them with a pinch of salt, what else. We all have our likes/dislikes, and I feel everyone should respect that - rather than going to extremities!
P.S. : Love your profile picture/GIF!! Oppa Gangnam Styleeee

So good to see this man back and with back to back projects again!
Wishing him a safe service and waiting for him to be back!
