Not gonna lie, the first episode had me kinda confused — definitely not the strongest start, low-key giving “budget intro” vibes .. But honestly, it gets way better after that. The pace picks up, the events click into place, and the plot finally starts feeling solid.
The FL actually has real potential. You can already see her growth starting, and I’m excited to see where she goes.... And the ML... Yeaah… he’s turning into one of the most fascinating “toxic but you still can’t look away” types...lol Their enemies-to-lovers chemistry is strong, and they bounce off each other so well...
We only have four episodes so far normally we’d have six so maybe that’s why I’m still waiting for that big “wow” moment..BUT ..It’s growing on me, and I’m getting more invested than I expected....Let’s see where things take us in the next episodes!..
Xifang Tao is one of the antagonists, and her character in the novel is so wild, there’s no way it would’ve…
