Thought I was getting on a slife of life drama, similar to Run On, but then there's something darker here. Ep. 9 will be on hold for now, but will try to continue later for Siwan.

On Café Minamdang Aug 14, 2022
Story wise DAYS was okay for me, I enjoyed it for what it is and the visual is aesthetically pleasing. Going to Cafe Minamdang, based on the summary, I had hoped it'll turn out better than this. SIG is good with the over-the-top comedy delivery, the chemistry with he cafe buddies are to root for. But, the over all plot was kinda messy and sloppy, so I really have stopped trying to make it make sense and just gonna watched it to the end for SIG, the cafe gang and the CEOs couple.

I would be totally fine if this drama's main focus was on Koo Ryeon and Park Joon Gil. Whenever they're on the same scene, it's the highlight for me. Cannot wait for next week's episodes.

I would love to know too LOL. In the beginning I had the impression it was for the souls that committed sins or…
I remember the team managers were talking about Koo Ryeon being a reaper after coming from hell, making it seems like it's almost unheard of (also on that episode when they gossip on Lim Ryung Gu's past). Since, Park Joon Gil was reincarnated once more before becoming a reaper, whatever sins he's committed in that life was already paid for.

I have a soft spot for both Taecyeon (since Dream High) and Hyeyoon and that's enough reason for me to start watching. Enjoyed the first two episodes! It's light and fun, the kind of dramas that I seek these days.

On Hospital Playlist Season 2 Sep 20, 2021
I feel like there's a lot more patient stories in this season but, still, I enjoyed everything. I love how they portray the difference nuances of the leads' romantic relationship. They could make me cry out of some of the simplest scenes, i.e. when Jung Won's mother was hospitalized and Gyeo Wool came to see her and when she finally asked JW to have dinner with her mother. I love their relationship so much. Anyways, so happy for Do Jaehak and his wife, he deserved that so much. They are so good to each other.

I totally understand from where you are coming from, especially ML. I think this is where this drama fails miserably.…
I agree, they should have mentioned SNQ is on autism spectrum earlier, instead of viewers being led to believe his drastic change in behavior is due to him getting his eyesight and holding a powerful position, while I have read comments saying that SNQ also turned out the same way even still visually impaired in the novel, so maybe it's more obvious in the novel that his burst of aggressiveness is due to his autism spectrum.

Is one of their OST, Meeting You, a translation from one of Reply 1997's OST, All For You? They sound similar.
Wait, now that you mentioned this I could hear the similarity. Gonna have to listen to them both again.

It's actually 12 episodes and only one 20-min ep. per week, the wait's gonna be long. Not sure about the romance…
Yeah, I made the mistake of watching before I knew it's only 1 ep. per week, so now I'm putting it on-hold until it's ended. It'll make a nice watch to binge-watch over a weekend later.

It's actually 12 episodes and only one 20-min ep. per week, the wait's gonna be long. Not sure about the romance since I'm only on ep. 2 but I think there will be some building between KSR and NDR's characters.

I have checked ep. 1 of YAMG and I liked the vibe. I'm not really familiar with gaming, so it's rather interesting for me either way to see the scale of pro gaming world. Honestly, the local small screen industry is on the downfall, they don't really put much effort on what to produce, some better quality series are released through OTT though I personally haven't watch them much aside from indie short films on Youtube. I'd recommend some movies instead, most of them are on Netflix: Gie (2005) - on a political activist who lived during the first president's era in 1960s, The Raid: Redemption (2012) & The Raid 2 (2014) - an action films that shows Jakarta's underworld scene, Marlina The Murderer in Four Acts (2017) - a widow (warning: rape victim) on a revenge journey, and Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens (2021) - a young boy goes to New York in search of his mother.
