I understand that. I've seen shows that were able to lift me above their flaws due to their other merits. I guess it didn't quite get me this time. I do think the "life is unresolved" ending can work, but it takes a certain amount of skill and finesse to pull it off.

I feel like it may have been better if they just cut certain elements, or changed the circumstances. I can see places where they could have tightened things up and still maintained the overall story and feel. But that's just my opinion. I would have cared less if I'd hated it from the start or something, but it was because I liked some of what they were doing in the beginning that I felt let down. I'm glad you enjoyed it, though. It seems like a lot of people did, and that's great. I hope those actors do more BL.

There was a lot to like here in the first half, but it was just too short for what it was trying to do. Like the potential antagonist that they never explain who shows up to cause some minor mishaps, then just vanishes, despite his big plan to take over. The stuff with the family isn't even slightly resolved. It felt like it stopped halfway through the story. I feel like it was meant to have at least one more episode, but then it never came together. I dunno, I'm just sort of bummed. It wasn't a sad ending, but it definitely stops in the middle of the conflicts it presents, and it never explains anything. Like the whole "you didn't even let me explain." Well... can you tell us? No? You're just gonna go back to making out? Okay.

Drat, I was afraid it'd be another rerun. There are several more 2022 shows that have yet to secure release dates, three of which are either still filming or haven't even started filming, so I worry about release dates. I'm so impatient.

Can someone tell me what the LGBT tag refers to (as far as what happens in the show)? I highly doubt there's anything substantial from what I'm seeing, but I'm trying to smooth out some lists.

Can I ask for a spoiler with the ending? It seems like such a sad story, a sad ending too makes it feel pointlessly miserable. Is it more bittersweet? Or just mercilessly sad?

"Some BL elements," so maybe there's a chance it won't be one-sided by the end. Hopefully it isn't just an unrequited love thing, especially because Singto has been working his way through the BL actor circuit, and I find it amusing every time he adds another guy to his collection.

This is strange, I thought the story was different before. Didn't it used to be a darker premise? I'm bummed out that it was either misrepresented before or changed to something completely different. Plus it sucks that Niko is out. But oh well. I wish them the best regardless.

Yeah, I'm really disappointed with the fans regurgitating the same old outdated information over and over. They're like a broken record. Just give the show a chance, and allow people to grow and change. Saying one stupid comment six years ago, taken out of context, should not be the end of a person's life, but people love to jump into that mob mentality. Most of them only think he's homophobic because they've heard other people say it.

It's like how EVERY time certain actors are announced to be in a new BL, like 3000 comments are saying, "I thought he was never doing BL again!!???!!111," and it's always because the actor never actually said that, but they read in some comment on youtube that they did and are now spreading the misinformation even further.

There are romantic scenes, but there's an edited version that takes it out. You have to dig to find the version that doesn't cut it out. The person who said there isn't anything showing must have scene the edited part.

The volleyball tag is an error. I created the page and I don't know if what I was reading was a mistranslation or a guess on the part of the translator, but there were no pictures at the time, so I had no reason to believe they were wrong.

They had a major recast a while back, which is why the show was on hiatus for so long, but since then they keep replacing people. I hope they're finally settled, haha.
