watch it without expecting much. i don't love it but i like the cast and have enjoyed the writer's previous stuff, so i'm sticking by this out of pure loyalty but you might find this enjoyable.
yo quick question: what was the point of jeong taeul and luna in this drama?
- need some exposition? go to myeong nari who knows nothing but strangely knows everything. she can even read palms now! for the plot of course.
- young and eun seop aka the only saving grace of the show
- the injustice done to kim kyung nam makes me so mad ugh i'm gonna rewatch prison playbook & special labour inspector jo jang poong after this!!!
- the saddest scene in the episode was also the shortest. goo seorung realizing her mother has been replaced. she now has no power or family of her own left. damn girl... also am i justified in believing that jung eun chae's scenes were cut short due to the adultery scandal? i mean she's the second female lead and one of the antagonists. there's no way her scenes can be this short!
i don't think the timing is appropriate for the romance. tbh, i don't think this drama should have any romance at all. both of them could heal and grow and treat each other without being romantically involved.
han woojoo's scenes always annoy me. but when i thought back to why exactly i don't like those scenes, i realized that it had more to do with the character's disorder than the actor herself. guess i need to learn to be more sensitive and open to what others are going through.
