Best kdrama I've seen in a while, its hilariously entertaining while also having some light drama stuff.
Honestly I would like an entire genre of cooking shows that just come up with ridiculous ways people can experience something delicious. There's also a manga called shokugeki no soma thats just about those reactions.
Premise was good, but korean hierarchical systems and how rigid they become in an army setting, and their insanely toxic attitude towards mental health just kinda ruins it. New guy joins the army, they do a psychological assessment, find out guy is depressed cause his dad died couple months ago, determine this guy as 'high risk', put a literal pin on him to signify to everyone that this guy is unstable. And this whole thing is treated as light hearted ribbing in the army. Its insane that this is a 'first' world country with attitudes like this.
its so trash lol, 80 % of the show is one person kidnapped and drugged constantly and then she somehow develops stockholm syndrome and cant even take revenge properly
stay away from this, its not the kind of trash thats fun but the kind of trash that actually stinks really bad and you regret you ever gave it the time of the day
the mls 'happy' personality feels so forced, do people really like nauseating overly cheerful people like this? usually they are even portrayed to be insufferable
Amazing show, tons of twists and awesome character dynamics without getting cheesy or melodramatic. Never did I feel that it was dragging on, which is so rare in kdramas. Only thing I was left wishing was some more scenes between the ML and his past life wife. Ending was quite ominous, what was that about with all the politicians sitting on that table again.
He is pure eye candy, he is insanely good looking eye candy but thats all he is. What makes it worse is that lomon is a great actor, he portrays the role well but the role itself has no dimension, its like a dumb puppy, brain empty.
