The romance part of the plot is definitely the worst one. Not because it didn't have appeal, but because it was…
Her riding out to see him after missing him and they... go for a horse ride? Drink water? Why even have this scene if he is just going to nag her? That's when my "10" went to an "8".
I still see a lot of hate towards the ML here and on other platforms. I guess empathy works differently for people.…
By his own admission, he did not treat her like she deserved to be treated - he wouldn't even be alive without the pastries and he cruelly burned the wrapper in front of her to cause the most emotional damage. He knew about the "ghost" handmaid and didn't question what the whole story was of her trauma. I respect your opinion, but that's a hard "no" for me on the instant redemption. People don't get a pass for discharging their emotional pain on others.
Wow. Massive kudos to the creators of this one. I had such low expectations from watching so many formulaic dramas, but this one just nailed it for me: gorgeous cinemaphotography, perfect casting and acting, dreamy setting that made me really feel the story, and that story... so well revealed with a delicate balance of the harsh realities of life and the beauty of life. Loved it.
If that’s the case, then at this point I just want DD to have her final moments with her mom and get her inheritance…
This is perfect. All I need is the closing scene to be YG lying in a bed with a whisper of "DanDan" as he drops a pregnancy test on the ground and exhales his last breath.
This was brilliant and I am surprised you did not mention "Because This is My First Life" for the meta reference of when she is trying to write the ridiculous plots around the products in Ep 1.
