As far as i remember those jshou people healed him when they found him that got rid of his original illness. Also along with healing they also poisoned him to control him. So maybe both those effect buffed him like hulk.😂

From what others have said, it's a HE
There is a guest role played by Lui yuning who is a miracle doctor. He wil save her. Also from trailer and main red poster we can see Li Ni fighting in throne room with Cui Lin. This event didn't happen as of now and from the plot looks like it will take place in episode 39 or 40.
