I'm so disappointed, glad that it's over soon. Only good things about ep 15 was the discussion with the maids and LSE and SPY friendship. Dong Mi actress obviously enjoying her role, I rather like her acting now. Everything else is just a baffling mess. Still no explanation of the child ghost or Seo Ban's secret. I thought we already got rid of the ghosts but guessing the way it's going the last episode will just introduce yet another new ghost. Too little time to wrap things up properly. If they're hoping to get to do another season or episode, no way is that going to happen. Pls no (but I'd have to watch anyway hahahaha).

I was also hoping this would be the last season but it looks like they are going to squeeze one more out. I feel…
I don't think any of the actors would be on board for another season

The first 8 episodes are quite watchable. The first ones filmed in Slovenia are nice and create expectations which are not fulfilled. The drama comes to a complete halt around the 10th episode and then there is 10 more episodes of the snoozefest. So better not even start.

here are a lot of women that have a kid at that age and as for the fart thing... that was hilarious I was laughing…
I see. Here having a kid after turning 44 is extremely rare...mostly doesn't happen naturally (requires hormonal treatment and artificial insemination). Medically speaking having a first child at 37 is already considered old and requires additional testing, having a second child at 39, likewise considered to have increased risks of handicaps. Close surveillance means screening for defects, esp. Down's syndrome.

I agree it's rushed and not taking time to develop the storylines in depth. One would expect a multiseason series…
Yes, it would be great if BHR at least could have found joy and fullfillment in an independent life and her career. There was an egde to her in the first season, despite the difficult bitchy personality, she was playing drums and just being herself, with that heavy makeup and all. That feet washing is somehow symbolic in what is disappointingly becoming the overall message of the drama: that women will only be made happy through men and marriage (preferably to rich and successful men!)

Genuinely funny and likeable. No big budget, no star studded cast, but all the more enjoyable. Lighthearted and easygoing drama. ML is great in this role. FL lead is not too prim or acting cute, just authentic and herself. There are some draggy moments toward the end, but overall I didn't need to do much skipping. The FL's family is unusually sympathetic. I liked 2AM's Jung Jin Woon as the second ML, somehow he fits this drama.

Eps 13 and 14 are rushed and the drama is not taking time to develop the storylines in depth. One would expect a multiseason series to have solid direction and not just random twists. The first season took time to give insight to each character, even the cheating husbands. The whole series went down the drain with the introduction of the ghosts and Ji-A's grandma going mad. I don't think we'll ever understand why those plots were introduced. And will we ever learn Seo Ban's secret? And pregnancy at 50, why is there a choice like that? And why the fart joke which wasn't even funny or a joke? Why introduce a new storyline with the maids when there's a lot of characters already?

Maybe you haven't watched Just Between Lovers? Junho's already proven his skills for acting complicated and troubled…
what a lovely pic! I guess it depends what we've seen earlier - many just feel feel better with romcoms after being through hard times (am watching Marriage Not Dating and loving it). Junho will have many other roles after this chaebol one.

I swear sometimes it feels like the director and the editor quit halfway through the show and they got some interns…
Yes, I think the writer has read our comments that we want SPY and LSE have a happy ending and now she's giving it but ruining it. The drama is so crazy and random now, what a disappointment

Episode 13 flowers go to Ji-A the scene between her and SYS was amazing!! She spoke her truth letting him know…
They were concerned. And Ban wanted the kids to be present on the wedding night. Maybe we'll never get answers though. Ban did say he never could stand anyone touching him. But I doubt that the secret will be revealed. Nothing makes sense.

Title Thirty-Nine
Does anyone know any drama where the story is centered on male friendship?
I realized that there are many more frenemies k-dramas (from enemies to friends and vice versa) like My Country or Bad Guys than male friendship k-dramas.
