That's true. Ngl i'm almost afraid they might do a twist where Sol and SJ were always meant to be but after the accident, Sol forgot SJ. The mum, blaming the incident on Sj/ didn't want to traumatize Sol further decides to not reveal this bit and erase that part of her life for the greater good.

(Kind of like what they did with Hatsukoi, First Love- jdrama)- it's truly cruel but would be a good twist 😅

The only thing that's not helping with the suicide arc is the fact that Sol was extremely clear that she valued his life. That SJ was her idol and he brought her happiness. There's also this reel that's circulating around where you can see SJ had secretly followed Sol after their encouner on the bridge to her apartment complex- in the video it's clear Sol was floating with happiness (even if she was on wheels).

Even if SJ felt guilty about the accident or was generally depressed, seeing how important he is to Sol should have been a motivator enough to actually reconsider retiring since all he wants to do is protect and make her happy (according to his song from the concert)

Theres still too many questions...i still don't think SJ unalived himself. And after seeing more scenes with his Best friend, i really don't want the bff involved in his death either.🙊🙊🙊🙊

If you are looking for an interesting straight drama, did you try Queen of Tears? I found it abit cliche at first but after episode 4 or so it got pretty interesting. Also the SML in this is ultra delulu 🤣

Funny how i spent 2 days of this week now yelling at my screen (Unknown when they stopped at THAT point when the scene was just getting good and now this🤡)

The worst part is 2008 Sol doesn't even know that she has a love triangle going on - and worse would think SJ is a crazy stalker 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ AND 2023 doesn't have a clue that all her hard work just went down the drain 😅😅😅

The spoiler stills clearly have photos of Sol amd SJ that look like they are in university whereas in the original timeline, the accident happened while she was in school so fingers crossed 🙊

Yuan knows first hand how terrible and brutal the mob was with Qian so I kind of understand why he was so bull headed but at least now they are free. 🙊🙈

Hu was planning to get rid of Qian once and for all because he has this uncalled for hatred against him (and it's obvious Le has a soft spot for Qian).

Yuan's objective was to be proactive and talk to Le to stop Hu but unfortunately his plan didn't go according to plan 😅😅😅

Were there any hints?
-About Qian's health? Yes, pretty much every episode. In ep 2 they in fact used flashbacks and Lin to explain why Qian was always sick 🙊

-About the return of Le and Hu's grudge? Admitedly it was a bit subtle but not really a surprise considering the genre- you can never truly leave the mafia unscathed 😅😅😅 Of course, Yuan's approach was a bit much considering he was literally talking to Hu of all people (even after he got a chance to leave when Hu didn't recognize him) but eh...love is supposed to make you blind right?

Tbf though, the fear of dying in ep 10 could push Qian away from Yuan further since he wouldn't want to give Yuan temporary happiness and would rather help him get used to a world without Qian?😥

The gangster arc forces Qian to come to terms with his feelings. He was already flusterrd by Yuan's "last letter"- but seeing the gun point at Yuan was the final straw.
Q was really about to lose his Yuan before they could actually get closure. And more importantly, it was the final proof he needed that Yuan really meant it when he said that he cannot forget Qian- that his love cannot be changed - even by death 🙊
