I don't disagree, but FYI the cast (& some crew) gets paid residuals quarterly on an ongoing basis based on ratings. So lots of people are and will continue to suffer as a result of KSH's scandalous behaviors.

A lawsuit could backfire. The defendant could subpoena GoldMedalist's records for Discovery and reveal (for example) that she really was a founding member or other evidence which would negate the lawsuit and create an even worse PR crisis for him. And then a countersuit would win.
