Title The Glory
Depending on what you have seen. From the very recent ones, Perfet Match, Blossom is the most similar, except…
No worries, I can continue. Have you seen The Legend of Dugu? Not to be confused with the Queen Dugu. At first glance, it looked kind of childish and I was going to wait for the 2nd drama, who had more respected cast and was overall a bigger project. But hell I was wrong. It kept the story within the known facts and just used the blanks to be creative. Queen Dugu on the other hand was making stuff up just to fit some drama stereotype. And the villain. One of the best villains in dramaland. I'm not really a fan of humanising them, but this one was so well written even a hater would almost root for him. There is also Twisted Fate of Love. But there is bigger level of fantasy than in dramas previously mentioned. No fairies or things like that, but the FL time travels and each time she goes, it comes with an effect. Hope it isn't a spoiler since it appears so early, but to give you an example, the first time she goes, all her injuries are cured by water. But otherwise it's underrated with Jin Han, previously know for villain roles, really utilising his experience and really enjoying his wicked ML. Untouchable Lovers had really good about 20 first episodes, but then it moves to Wei kingdom and I watched, but I wouldn't recommend the rest. But yeah, the first part can be watched as a standalone drama. On the other hand, the whole drama has many now famous actors in smaller roles and can be funny to rewatch, knowing their future pairings. Then there is Legend of Haolan, which I originally didn't recommend, as I always watch several really good episodes, there is one weak one, I pause it for few months, focusing on others, then come back to it, so it isn't finished and thus I can't vouch for it not going wrong. But given the same leads, it is often compared to Yanxi Palace and considered worse drama. But I think you might like it if you don't mind the FL always forsaking her feelings for the ML only to change her mind again and again. But otherwise it's enjoyable drama with lots of scheming plots of many strategists working on the same turf, always outsmarting one another.

I just didn't want to hide it. The Rise of Phoenixes then? Perhaps Court Lady? I loved many of the characters, but it was frustrating, as half of the leads' obstacles could have been avoided if the female lead just clearly told the other guy no instead of sugarcoating it and giving him hope by continuing a close relationship with him despite all his sabotaging. Love like the Galaxy, but that was such a hit I presume you have seen it. Scent of Time was excellent, but if you have not seen it, I'd have to warn you about something. The Princess Royal has a rebirth theme too.
Anything? I know myself how difficult it is to get recommended something, so I can continue if not.

Now that I have finished and "digested" this drama. I am at a loss as to what to watch. I am particularly fond…
Depending on what you have seen. From the very recent ones, Perfet Match, Blossom is the most similar, except there is the plot of rebirth, no other supernatural aspects, but the leads die together and she remembers her previous life. Not sure if it's a problem.

One thing is to give the BEST couple award to 5 couples, which is like the average for awards nominees and it absolutely lessens the honor. But the excellence award? That is supposed to say the performance was above all others by miles. It'd be more meaningful if they rather skipped some years than just handing it out to multiple people, because they can't pick one.

Watch Touch Your Heart, I think you will love it if you love this one. She Was Pretty is also a good one
I've seen the first one. She was pretty is not for me. I don't like the actress much and the plot of her taking so little care of herself that she walks around with untreated or uncovered rashes on her face and hair she must have actually put effort into them looking bad... because they don't know how to "uglify" her so they could still fix it... just a trailer was bad for my blood pressure.
But thanks anyway. I know I have seen a lot of dramas, so finding one I haven't or intentionally didn't pass on, is difficult. I knew it was a long shot.

Anyone can recommend a drama with similar feeling? I just finished several dramas and have nothing to watch I'm in the mood for these days, when I'm done with them for the week. Yeah, there are recommendations, but I have seen a lot, so they are either dramas I've seen or know about, just don't have any intention to see. Looking for some really hidden gem.

Yes I think it's going to be another heartbreak for him. He really has nothing for himself other than that room.…
I don't think she gets in. They wouldn't show it in the promo.

It's not as much as 'love' or 'legend' though
Yeah, but when you have a romance drama, love is kind of part of the deal. With some of them, it's a big reach to get why blossom should make it to the title.

Oh god I hate the new Title 😣😫
Another drama with blossom in the title, right? Not to mention some originality, how is one supposed to tell one from the other? This one at least has a flower seller, but like Blossom could have chosen any random word and it would fit the same or better even. 😄

most recent rumor suggests a late spring/early summer release. During peony season.
They don't really need to. Judging from when we had communism in our country. One either needs to be smarter or grease the right palm. Opposite to 1970s, Chinese communism adapted capitalism into their society much better, so the 2nd option is more likely, I'd say. They simply need to make it look good not to be too obvious. 🤷‍♀️

I didn't mind her performance in Gu Family Book (I had bigger problem, when I found out the ML thinks her to be…
What I mean is she didn't bind her breasts like the cross dressing characters usually do. Her body shape was very telling, her clothes were more like highlighting her figure. No man looks like that. Even the hair. She made the Joseon male bun very feminine. She wore a man's clothes, but nothing else about her was manly.

they live in same neighborhood, so kind of neighbor as well though
Maybe some day. mentioning the Well-Intended Love, it was so highly recommended I went into it without a doubt. And beside not finding it as good as recommended, the plot was so... I know it's not the guy's fault. The writer and director made it this way more than he could help it and actor taking a role is still a person taking a job. Not all of us can always take the best one we'd like. But no matter how much I try, I can't stop seeing that role in him. You know, some things you can't unsee. And that is what I worry about with this actor. I like him since his first role, I would be sad if something ruined him for me.

I was hoping for normal discussion that would help me decide, but except you, I just attracted everyone who just wants to pick a fight. I guess I'm getting old, I'm not in mood filtering this. So at least, thank you for your input.

what a braindead take. male lead is the greenest flag possible and the drama is good
I don't find a correlation there either way. 🤷‍♀️

I never said either of those thing, stop assuming. Leave me out of your whatever it is supposed to be. That a doctor can't date his patient is what a law in almost every country says, not from my head.

What an adult way of having a conversation. Insulting someone for just wondering of having a different opinion.

Not sure if I want to watch Zhang Ling He romancing a patient. It't like after Well-Intended Love, I can't stop seeing the actor as a creep. 🤔

Episode 4
I am that far, but what good is not agreeing with the marriage, when he's still eating the food her money paid for? When he does nothing against her mistreatment? It's just empty talk.

Title Flourished Peony Spoiler
Episode 4
Seen it today. Just one redeeming quality he has, one of the reasons he refuses the divorce is the the hardships she'd endure as a divorced woman. Dramas make us believe it was fine, but it wasn't. And when the princess suggests the divorce, he feels disgusted by her being OK with Mudan paying such price for them.

But it's just 1 of many bad.
