Currently watching this, and I think it's cute. I really like the mystery and Xu Kai is so handsome here. Tian Xiwei is also very pretty, and all their outfits are beautiful. Btw, anyone notice that this series is so full with handsome men? I think I lost count how many already 😅 I'm not complaining though..

Finished all 8 episodes aired in one day and loved every second of it ^^ I took a peek at the novel and just wanna give a quick shout out to Youku: Don't even think of messing up with the ending!!!

I just finished episode 2 and I love it! The fl is cute but not annoying, she's just wants to get out of trouble, lol ^^ the ml is handsome as always.. the ending for episode 2 is kind of romantic, can't wait to see more

Oh this looks interesting. I've noticed the donghua in my wetv app but I never got the chance to watch it. The S1 drama ml is Xiao Zhan, and I've read that Tang San character in the story only has 1 wife. Thank you, I'll be sure to check this out.

It's so unfair that Nangong Wan keep getting distracted + hearing Han Li's voice, while he could easily socialized + get leveled up without sparing her a thought 🙈

Tbh I wouldn't mind a good romance, but only if it's with one FL. ML with multiple lovers is kind of a turn-off for me 🙈 So far I'm liking the way Han Li dismissed his admirers (which is quite a lot already) and focus more on his cultivation. Perhaps after he gains more footing, we could start having a slow burn one? 🤭

It'll be for the best I'm sure. I enjoy his path to immortality up till now, it would be a shame if they reduce his character by having so many women.

Curious about the love line so I googled "Han Li's relationship" and wiki fandom page pop out. According to the info there, he will have 1 wife, 1 concubine (in name only) and several admirers. Tbh I'm glad they didn't follow what's written there, for example Chen Qiao Qian was supposed to kiss him but in the drama she didn't. I don't think I'll watch it if they make it a harem genre 🙈

I literally screamed when I saw the teaser yesterday. So happy they get cast as a couple again. Really love them in Melody of Golden Age 💕

So far my top fave male leads from historical drama are them both, Shen Du from Melody of Golden Age, and Wei Shao from The Prisoner of Beauty 🤔

So glad I started watching this. I'm on episode 4 now, and despite the annoying mom who keeps getting on my nerves with her overprotective streak (but still sometimes I pity her), I really love the story between Qingyu and Ming Sheng. Seeing that it only has 23 eps is making me happier, bcoz it won't be too short, but it won't be too draggy either.

I was watching this up till a moment ago, then I had to paused (I'm at the end of episode 11) bcoz I feel like something is off. I even rewind the episode to see if I missed something. Turns out it's true, they did skip through the kissing scenes, weren't they? T_T I was expecting so much from this drama, and Wang Anyu is so dreamy and handsome here, got a feeling he'd give one hell of a kiss. Reading the comments, now I'm a bit annoyed if it's really the fl's reluctance that's causing this chop off on their romance.. If so, then why take on the role.. Arrghh.. it's frustrating especially bcoz I'm already half way through..

Despite production errors I noticed here and there when I was making fan edits of this drama, Ding Yuxi’s Shen Du and Deng Enxi’s Liu Niang remain one of my fave couples in cdrama, and I’m really looking forward to their next project together as a couple 🥰
