He died due to an accidental combination of medicines that shouldn't be taken together. And some other changes.

In Hyuk is the flower girl that Sun Jae didn't ask for, but truly needs.

When Sol moved to trigger a complete reset of events, her grandmother was yet to get dementia. I hypothesise that SJ lost his watch prior to Sol moving and her grandmother held onto it all these years due to a feeling of deja vu... as all memories leave an imprint on the soul.

Usually I find scenes such as that between SJ and Sol's grandmother cringey. But this felt so damn sincere. I also loved how understated the moment was. Also, I love understated proposals... Intimate, short, elegant, to the point, and heartfelt. The actual proposal in LR will go down as one of the best in my viewing experience, if not the best. 💛💙❤

This show was so well thought out and executed for something that wasn't expected to do well.

Basically Song Geon Hee who plays KTS had previously revealed that it'd be a satisfactory ending.

Honestly, I didn't see this particular scene as cute even as I saw it for the very first time. It was almost a foetal position. He had just been through the wringer and it felt like he was clinging to her for dear life, scared that she would once again disappear from his memories. My suspicion was confirmed when he admitted to Sol later that he feared her travelling across time again and losing his memories of her.
