There is a picture released recently that they are right outside his apartment at night and they’re wearing red, she looks particularly young in the pic. It’s sad. Also people looked up their clothes he’s wearing in the pic and it was from 2014-2015.

No. the story is not real. It's based on the journal, but JTBC claims the plot is totally fictional and not connected to reality. Pretty sure the romance is totally fictional in this case.

I’m on ep 4 and I wonder why ppl use the name Kang Bitna rather than Justitia (not in the drama but here, twitter etc). Makes me think she’s been Kang Bitna all along? No spoilers please but It’s bothering meee. Maybe that’s just me hoping that would be the case.
