Honestly I wasn’t expecting much from this drama but it’s surprisingly good. Love that the FL is a baddie with actual brains and doesn’t just sit around waiting to be saved + ML visual 🔥
I just love their power couple energy! Love how FL is soft, feminine and gentle but never weak. She’s fully capable of standing alongside the ML instead of constantly needing to be saved. Lurveee!
Whenever I come across a drama with bad or open ending (a flop in my book) I always find myself coming back to rewatch this. My emotional support drama. Tysm for existing 🥹🫶🏻
I really thought this drama was gonna be the one. It started so strong. I even rewatched the whole thing when it came to netflix , thinking it deserved more love and support. But wow… it just kept going downhill and never bounced back. To be served with open ending? Nah. I expected so much more. Amazing cast, beautiful chemistry, all wasted. Me and mu wuyin have something in common, rooting for something that never loved us back 😭💔🥀
Prim’s actually such a naturally pretty girl. I don’t get why they tried so hard to make her look like that even as an adult… they could’ve done it way better
Honestly, went in with zero expectations but got hooked right from the start. I actually started looking forward to new episodes every day but sadly it went downhill. Same issue as In The Name of Blossom, it got me attached to the dynamic of main couple, only to spend most of the time showing everything but them actually being together. Like whyyy 😩
I'm a big fan of Flourished Peony from S1 and was so excited waiting for S2. But now that we're halfway through, what a huge disappointment! Instead of getting more of that smart, badass couple energy, we're stuck with endless misunderstandings and dragged-out plotlines that feel so unnecessary. It's honestly so frustrating watching all that wasted potential smh
I started watching this mainly for Park Jinyoung and tbh the drama is a bit too dramatic than what I usually go for but it really didn’t disappoint. The storytelling, performances and emotional depth grew on me as the episodes went by. And as someone who's about to start a new phase in life, the final episode felt like a warm comforting hug, just what I needed 🫂
Xu Ruohan has this appealing charm that’s been growing on me. Zhang Linghe? I’ve seen him before and i get the hype but he never quite clicked enough for me to get fully hooked. Zhang Linghe as He Suye, though??? That man understood the assignment. Suddenly i get it and he just hits different here! I’m seeing him in a whole new light now. HE SUYE THE MAN YOU ARE!!! 😭💖
I was NOT ready for the emotional damage Wang Anyu just gave me. This isn’t my first time watching him but this one? HIT DIFFERENT! The way he carries that soft yet intense energy. The way he looks at her? The way he expresses pain, longing, joy ALL THROUGH HIS EYES??? He doesn’t even need to speak bcs his eyes literally do all the talking and I was eating it UP! I came for the storyline but ended up staying just to stare at him… Also where is my post-marriage content?! I need to see them as married couple!!!
I only want to watch this for second couple, may you tell me from which eps they have more scenes? Lol I have…
Actually same here, I started watching this lakorn bcs I kept seeing cute edits of the second couple on tiktok 😂 Good news, they’re getting more screen time in the latest ep!
