Hai I want to know if he has enough screen presence in this drama? He doesn't get enough screen presence in generation to generation so I dropped it, they plot him like a supporting character🫡
I watched this drama because of song weilong, I really thought he get enough screen presence in this drama. But the first episode really dissapointed me story and screen presence is focused only on fl not ml. Its really dissapointing🫡why all chinese dramas are like this, they gave screen presence and story only on fl not ml. They forgot to put enough screen presence on ml like they are side characters.
Even though he's the popular one, this doesn't even feel like his story. It's a xianxia drama, yet they couldn't even give him the focus he deserves. From the narration alone, I can already tell he's barely going to have any screen presence or a proper storyline. Why do so many Chinese dramas keep focusing only on the female lead? Aren't there any novel-based xianxia dramas in China that are truly centered around the male lead? Sorry I just shared my opinion that's all...
Hai I want to know if he has enough screen presence in this drama? Because if its her drama the story and screen presence mainly focused on her and ml end up getting less screen presence. Plz tell me...
Plz director I want season two of this drama. Let's all come together and ask for season 2 with same characters and plz bring back baijue true god power with fantastic fight scenes. If this drama were released now it would have been a superhit traumatic drama ever🥹
sadly, season 2 wont happen. they had the chance tho.. moonlight mystique can be the 'continuation' but they changed…
Moonlight Mystique doesn't even come close to this drama because the storyline isn't comparable at all. The Last Immortal is at least somewhat connected since he's portrayed as their son. I really wish they had made a Season 2. Even after all these years, I still can't forget this drama—it left such a lasting emotional impact on me.
I dropped it for this same reason. It's just not ok having an emotionally wishy washy fl. Cdrama writers you can…
I've watched a lot of Chinese dramas—it's actually my favorite hobby. One thing I've noticed is that most dramas focus mainly on the female lead's story, and she usually gets much more screen time. There are only a few truly male lead–centric dramas, but even in those, if there's a female lead, she often ends up getting more screen presence. In my opinion, both the male lead and the female lead should receive equal screen time because fans watch these dramas with high expectations and want to see both characters treated fairly. Unfortunately, many directors don't do that, and I honestly don't understand why. Almost every drama seems to revolve around the female lead's storyline. I had really high hopes for this drama. I expected great fight scenes, amazing chemistry, and an engaging story, but it ended up becoming one of the worst dramas for me. The past fight scenes were incredible—I just wish they had maintained that quality throughout the series. When I watched the first few episodes, I thought there wouldn't be any conflict between the male lead and the second male lead because, at that point, the second male lead was mainly interested in the male lead. But after the female lead got involved, everything changed. From then on, it felt like episode after episode was dedicated to degrading the male lead. I just hope Blossom of Darkness doesn't turn out the same way. At the very least, I want Li Hongyi to have better fight scenes that truly reflect his status as the Demon Lord.
The 4th and 5th point so true.. like she knows TZ was evil but still stay with him and married him?? What kind…
Yes I have watched almost every demon lord dramas that's why i am so exciting to watch this drama because he is demon lord,he got extreme power than everyone he can easily defeat that villain mortals but director made this drama so messy 🙂
This drama rage-baited me so hard towards the end... when she said she would marry Tongzhou I almost lost it.
Yes me too. After I heard she agreed to marry him I lost all my patience, i really felt like jumping into the drama and killing her. What kind of lover she is? She really pissed me off😑

I had honestly expecting that kind of ending after watching the trailer. But ending was made so messy. He lost all of his supreme power, what kind of logic was that? He simply can defeat that villain tomgzhou if he has demon lord power.
Reading this, I am so glad I dropped it before I could see this 😅 sounds terrible. I like to see love from…
I have watched it because it's a xianxia drama and not for romance but the fl is really pissed me off like she doesn't care about him and always side with tongzhou. Ml always hurting because of her, I really don't like that. They didn't properly show his fight scenes(demon lord) with immortals🙂.
