The ending was okay, not excellent as the other episodes but still good. I still have lots of questions but I guess I'll just let it slide. If I will be honest, the scenes with Auntie Lek stood out the most in this episode, I love that part. Since it's over, now I can start reading the novel.
After watching EP5, I'm wondering how they wrap everything in just one episode. As preview showed, they seem go somewhere together and just be themselves but I really want to know, Joe, Phak, and even Father Anon more and their story. It seems to me they have struggles too especially Master Phak.
It's heaviest episode so far but still on top. Now I'm scared for the Final EP. When the show is so good from the start and fails how to end it. Hopefully not here. Come on!
Just finished EP4... and it's okay. Some part felt off and underwhelming especially in symbolisms and metaphors. Barth’s backstory is really heartbreaking, but I felt that it was lacking something and didn’t quite make me feel the emotions it was meant to convey. It was there but.. yeah. I don't know how will they pull out everything in the last 2 episodes. I think EP5 will be the angst EP I know it.
PS: I think Kongdeck has secret crush on to Tanrak. Master Phak knows what's happening and he himself is a gay one too and who had experienced
As non novel reader, I'm kinda bit confuse with the time. Jan 2025 the first setting then Father said, it's been almost 20 years, but the flashback was 1996 - so that's 30 years. I don't know if they will explain this later on
It's P'Aof, it's not surprising anymore about the time skipping. His trademark. It's a good first episode. I like how it started tbh. Not much flashy and like hyper scenes. Hopefully it will soar higher every episode.
What I'm struggling on this is the editing. The jumping of scenes suddenly and surprisingly need to go back "like wait did I miss something?" but nothing. In addition, the way they solved the prob is so funny, like "that's it?!..OK..
Look, I don't hate it. In fact I waited for long time and excited with this kind of genre. But ngl, I'm just watching it now bec of FB.
Especially: In was talking on phone while Thap kept being horny. Dude that was hilarious + the kitchen. The last part interview. If you know JS well u know what I mean.
Except: redemption for Karn. I think majority will agree on me. Same happened in LT about August, just only hours and seems nothing happened. Here, there were multiple attempt of murder. Even the people u love got involved. I just think it's on Thap's personality or maybe it's a Thai culture thing. In the novel - no redemption at all.
PS: thanks to those who just created an account just to spread hate. Appreciate your effort.
Karn was already labeled as villain, not really suspected. If you notice when they revealed the cards represent them (special EP i guess or before EP1 aired), Karn belongs to the Tower Card that's already a give away. Like we just need to see it . But First is slaying his villain role - loving it.

PS: The last minutes of EP3, I was holding my breath
FB slayed their role here. They are stunning.
