Just completed my 2nd watch! It’s an Allen Ren Marathon for me this Thanksgiving… I just love this guy! And something about his uniform in this show made me swoon every time LoL Learned that lots of C-Dramas are prettyyyyy long but once you get past all the in between scenes which is what I end up doing on multiple watches, I’m reminded of how much I liked the show in the first place.

My second watch. Yeah, quite long in episode count but it’s a pre Thanksgiving Allen Ren Marathon for me, ha! One and Only, Forever and Ever now airing on Viki so hey, why not rewatch Under the Power too ;)

This guy reminds me of Dylan Wang. Just watched Zhao Lusi’s FSAIC and thought he did well 👍🏼

Agreed, with 30 more episodes to go I feel it dragging already. Started liking the storyline idea but I’m getting bored quick. Love the lead actors so I’d rather not quit it. All I want to know is are DD and JH dating in real life!? So curious!

So in other words, them painting each other’s eyebrows doesn’t really have a significance other than just living in content. I get it.

My 2nd watch, ha! Can’t get enough of these 2 leads and the show itself. Plus, nothing else better to be doing on my stay-cation lol. Another cool c-drama costume piece from the story, production, martial arts, the whole cast and acting… a new fave of mine next to The Long Ballad. One odd thing I thought though, if anyone can explain the very ending to me, and you’ll know what I mean… thanks in advance! 👍🏼👍🏼

Yu Tu (Yang Yang) is back and finally on Viki! I actually broke down and subscribed to WeTv back when first released because I wanted to watch both leads (and watching it again, of course lol). Like any other hobby, watching Asian dramas is my go to. Yeah, some of the C-Dramas go on too long some episodes might drag but overall if one can hold my interest until the end then I know I was satisfied. Without having to think too much or critique it, if it’s entertained me then I either liked it or not, that simple. So to me, You Are My Glory was adorable, romantic and fun to watch. And if you’re a fan of YY or DD then hope you enjoy it too! 👍🏼👍🏼

PS… Happy endings are not expected in every drama right? But hopefully she gets the revenge she’s been seeking for her parents, after all… what would this show be for!?

Yeah, patiently awaiting the whole big revenge plot, guess it’s at the end!? Hope it’s real good, because so far it’s definitely more of a soapy drama than anything. Sneaky lies, back stabbing, a little gory but I definitely like how Ra El is playing everyone… guess it’s the subtle way of showing how she’s getting her revenge… she may seem pathetic doing things certain ways, but remember she’s planned for it since she was a desperate and helpless kid… we shall see!

FYI… think the eldest may not be his though. Han So Ra was married before, if I’m not mistaken. There’s an Ep early on when she starts to befriend Ra El she tells all about how she “has to make him hers” —but yes, I’m curious too if they’ll bring that daughter into play.

Sure… you’ll get the full effect and understanding of Yumi that way. The cells alone are entertaining and funny!
