The main characters do kiss. We just don't get to see it, which is completely fitting for their personalities.…
I don't get management. Why agree to let your client play an LGBT character but stop at any intimacy? It's good that I did not notice they did not kiss until I finished the series and read the comments. The story really was a good distraction that I did not notice but seriously...that seems counterproductive. Almost like the company is ashamed or scared.

I mean to be fair, Chen Yi did asked Ai Di how to get his boss to like him. Then he continued to make fun of him…
Yea, I think nowadays people are quick to label things. But I get why. The kiss seemed innocent and no malice was behind it but also Ai Di didnt see it coming so I understand why people labeled it that.

That is a good scenario. I never thought that the boss can be his father. That makes since because I too think what Chen Yi sees in the boss is more admiration/infatuation than love.

When Chen Yi questioned "Tell me. How can I get him?" It did come off as romantic feelings but your comment made me think that it could be a son wanting attention from his father...

I think they also have matching tattoos. I am not sure if it gang related but in episode 3 they made sure show Chen Yi and the boss' tattoo.

actually it's becoming quite common in korea to get married at a late age. and as a celebrity too this is nothing…
My comment was not meant to be in bad taste...I just thought it was funny they mentioned it like him being 40 was the reason he decided to get married.

I don't get it. Ai Di has been pinning for Chen Yi from the start but when Chen Yi kisses him, Ai Di is shocked…
I mean to be fair, Chen Yi did asked Ai Di how to get his boss to like him. Then he continued to make fun of him saying he can't learn anything from Ai Di because he is "too young" and on top of that Ai Di knew the kiss was not from Chen Yi's heart (yet). Chen Yi was also under the influence and it was not reciprocated (can be considered as NC.)

In short, Ai Di probably wants Chen Yi to get over the infatuation he has with their boss before making any move on him lol

7.9? Why so underrated?
I asked the same thing. I noticed a lot Taiwanese series gets underrated when they are sometimes way better than the latter.

I saw Aaron and Hank...now there needs to be a spin off of Hank's character trying to keep Aaron's character out of trouble but fails. It can be a cute comedy BL.
From the first three episodes I watched...I can say I am in the minority. I am more invested in the second couple than the main couple. Ai Di/Edison has a complex back story. Why is he 18 and not in school? How did he get wrapped up in this gang? They mentioned how his parents died but I still think there is more. I wonder if they will give more information. I doubt it since we have 7 more episodes to go.

For some reason, I do not see Rowoon doing a BL. But same.
Rowoon? Interesting. Was it BL?

Title Proud of You
How does this have a rating? Where can I find subtitles? Thank you.
ETA: I just realised two actors from this show are in Kiseki: Dear To Me. That's cool :)

Worst decision ever. Could bet the majority of his fanbase was made of SF9's fans. Not saying he doesn't have…
To be fair, I was introduced to Rowoon as an actor. I knew of SF9 but didnt know he was part of the group which is why it makes no sense to have EIGHT people in a group. For people who are not K Pop fans like that it is hard to keep up with all 8+ members. Rowoon seems to be doing well without being in the group tho. Acting probably elevated him to new a audience and fans. If fans from SF9 cant be happy for him pursing solo work (which is something he CHOOSE for himself so HE can be HAPPY) then were you all fans to begin with? It seemed to be hard choice for him to make (putting himself first) and fans piling on is not helping him I'm sure.
Not a lot of "idols" have the freedom to make this decision. You dont want him to feel "stuck" do you?
