Because its a simple thing that can add a realness to the scene. They usually don't do it because it messes up their perfectly made up makeup and hair, but it takes me out of a scene every time when they put a cloth over someones hair 😑. This is like only the 3rd time I've seen them do it correctly in all the BLs I have watched and I've been watching for 10 plus years!

Freaking yes! It may be a super insignificant small thing but putting the towel under the bangs to sooth a fever is gold. 50 points to Gryffindor!
