This was light n fun, i was expecting it to be on a little heavier side bcz of the topic like depression n loneliness but not everything has to be serious ryt. Despite the heavy topic that the movie covered they presented it in a simple manner for all audience who wants to chill n have a break from their depressive lives.
P. S. FL is so pretty.

Story telling was really unique that's y no matter how many slice of life Japan makes ,even if the end result is same but they all are different from each other that's y u cnt get bored.
There were really cute n funny moments in the movie, i dint cry but it was emotional.It reminded me of Soredemo,ikite yuku.Nice slice of life movie n good acting.

Amazing direction in Traces of Sin n Innocent Days, hope to see more from the director.

They know that she is dead,they are applying for retrial after her death that is for proving the innocence after death n as u can see they both had all of her belongings in the end like her sketch book n even that falling petal is a proof that her closed one received everything of her n her case was popular that media was constantly covering n there was no reason for anyone to hide the death.They only dint want anyone to know abt her time of death as to when she is going to be hanged to avoid any commotion.

What a stunning execution of a beautiful plot n amazing acting by all the actors not just Tsumabaki but all the cast.
This dint make me cry but made me anxious n will certainly remain with me for a long time.The drama is strictly Slice of Life ,watch it from ur heart not brain or u won't enjoy it.
Gripping from the start to the very end ,it reminded me of old classics mystery jdramas.Its not easy for me to watch something without skipping but this show is so precise n engaging that u won't get bored at all .
I love the direction,he only directed three movies/dramas n m waiting for the third movie ,m a fan now.I hope i get to see many of his works in future.
My interpretation abt the ending:

I prefer Wrath of Silence over Voice of Silence. This reminded me of one of my fav movies bcz of child n kidnapping involved n a mysterious vibe but as beautifully as Wrath of Silence was portrayed this movie dint manage to do so despite hving good actors . It rather looked messy to me.

The movie is engaging but is on symbolic side n focused on human nature rather than story itself, one may find it incomplete n ambiguous. But i do agree with the comment below ending was unsatisfying, it cud do better .Still worth watching if u like mundane, slow movies.

Dint keep me engaged, mediocre movie.

Most stupidest of sion , it may seem like it has substance but it doesn't.Dnt expect it to be anything like Love Exposure,it was a high level psychological drama .Even Forest Of Love was much better in terms of plot n gore.

Disappointing n boring.

I wanted to like this but i fell asleep while watching this which is very rare, i was bored. There r much better slice of life jdrama/movie with romance n disability.

Beautiful movie ,it is a whole package whether it's emotions, acting , dialogues etc.Its amazing how Japan makes so many slice of life movies n anime, they all are unique with very tiny details which make them very different from each other but at the same time all of them are trying to portray the same thing again n again.Its like same thing are told in a different way just like solving a math problem applying different formulas n getting the same answer.
No other country can make Slice of Life as good as Japan.Period.

Movie cud have been much better bcz the plot was interesting.It had a potential with all good actors as MCs ,still so much lacking in emotions n direction.

I liked Twilight Samurai more than this but this was good too. the conclusion n build up of each of the stories is fascinating . I love them.

I hated the kversion bcz it was long, mild n ending was completely different.
I remember u dnt like melodrama but it has it n i remember getting a little bored at first but I'm glad i sticked bcz jdramas r short n if u r open minded to any kind of creepiness (which i really love), japanese acting style especially the FL bcz some dint like her childish character but u have keep in mind that it's an old jdrama n dark characters then watch it.I hope i dint spoil much but i needed to warn u.Let me know if u liked it .

Lesson here is that no matter how unlucky n sad ur life has been, as long as u stay positive without fretting over little things, things will be alright. Tokue san was not just surviving but she was living ,vibing n loving n happened to meet few nice people n it was enough.
Always Be grateful for what u have n dnt cry abt what u dnt.
A must watch movie.
