Nothing in this drama feels concrete. It’s like they tried to stuff too many ideas into one basket and ended up doing justice to none of them. Why would someone take revenge for a man they’ve barely known for a month? The male lead’s sudden love confession was shocking — they didn’t even have enough meaningful moments to reach that point. And taking the story back to the village feels completely unsuitable for this genre. The whole thing is just a mess.

It was good feel good drama for first nine episodes, suddenly changed to dark melodrama.

I really liked park ji hyun character in first season. How do they failed to get her on the board? Was she not interested?

After watching final episode, I can say they could have easily skipped episode 11. It didn't make any sense, didn't add anything to story. Instead ep 12 should have been ep 11. In final episode they could focus on their romance, friendship and career.

How to ruin a perfect drama in last two episodes? Korean writers are nowadays become master at it. It was beautifully poised for drama. They could have done obvious things, it could have ended well. They messed up big time, with sudden time leap and confusion, even two more episodes would feel less.

Extramarital affairs are now common thing irl. But I have never seen anyone makes excuses like these drama has done for this woman. She had an affair but she still loves her husband 😭. Is that even a thing? In my view affair is an extreme step. It happens when you are completely out of love with current partner. No one goes out saying I love my husband but let me have an affair this week. Many couple stay together even after affair. That's always out of compulsion. That's relationship is broken and can never be repaired. Forget about getting back together after divorce.

6 episode completed, safe to say dong ju the main lead is dragging the show. He is so immature. His actions are without strategy. His threats are hollow. He is just loud. His scenes with main villain look so childish. He is not at all intimidating. He looks so timid in front of main villain.

If you are making action thriller, wouldn't it be better make male lead Smart? Why do they have to make him simp?

Apart last two episodes, this was fun watch. Last two episode were actually depressing with overwhelming emotions. Happy ending was expected but they should have better job.

I never complained about story or plot. I complained only about how they promoted drama park bo gum as lead when he is not. He has important character to play but he is not the lead.

Where is park bo gum? They sold drama on his name. And he is nowhere to found. Cheaters. They should have sold it on solely IU's name as she is the main lead. Why do they mislead bo gum fans?

In Korean dramas, male lead characters are typecast and have no variable. They are basically like human robot with certain functions. Most of the time They are cheerleader for female characters. Female characters have more depth and story.

Tbh it had nice plot. Undercover agent going to school in search of a gold. First 4 episodes were quite promising. Going forward I expected smart writing but it went of the track. They should have focused more on him solving gold mystery with sight romance. The way they build up gold mystery with 4 back stories, actually it was nice addition to the story. They should taken lead from there. Rather they completely lost plot midway.

This is turning out to be another when the phone rings, started on high note but slowly loosing grip.
