I've seen it, and I would say - yes, I absolutely got that feeling. They don't say it out loud, but the dynamic and way of behaviour is more like a couple than a "friend". I don't want to spoil too much, but because of certain events it's pretty obvious.
Totally over my expectations. I'm very interested in the korean history and I'm so happy this movie shed new light on parts under the rule of King Sejong that people tend not to speak about. He's called the greatest king for a reason. Such an interesting story!
Just saw it at pre-screening here in Seoul. It was beyond my expectations, a great movie! Hope everyone take time and watch it when it gets released š
It's insane imo that this drama has so high ratings xD I couldn't take anything serious with this as I just laughed at how awkward this was. The plotline is both rushed and slow, and I can't really point out what the plot was about to tell because of the many plotholes. The genre is usually not my cup of tea as I go for strong storylines and character development - this lacked both, but I can appreciate a good fluff. This didn't do it for me though, there are much better ones out there.

Instead of korean BL, try the thai ones. There you get a good story and great acting as long as you know where to look. Example "Not Me", "I told sunset about you", "Bad Buddy", "He's coming to me", "1000 stars" etc
