I really think a lot of people are confused why the FL was a bit mad at ML when she thought he had a kid. She was obviously heartbroken because she thought he was hiding that he had a child. The way she never even thought he had a child and randomly saw signs that he had a child obviously made her mad. She was mad because she thought he hid it from her not because she had a child.

She’s also coming out of a seven year relationship, she’s also scared of so many things.
