I agree with you. If Sam was completely drunk, he wouldn't have been able to function or remember his lines. But some people on this forum just like to stand on their soap box because clearly they've won Oscars for their acting skills, hiding behind a computer.

Well someone's on their high horse and can't get down. Don't blame the alcohol but the people who can't handle them. We should just burn all the wine cellars in the world, and put all the vineyards out of commission. Tell all the governments to stop the sale of alcohol too and make it illegal, how about that so you can sleep peacefully at night? Or better yet, if you're so indignant about the process, just stop watching the show or you don't know how to turn off your device that we have to teach you?

Because some people think they can clearly do better than Sam and that's why they're bitching. Just typical belly aching.

If it weren't for the off-the-charts chemistry between Milko and Aki, I wouldn't even give this show the time of day.

I was so hesitant in watching this drama after seeing the trailer being so dark, but TBH when I watched it, I wasn't as shocked as I thought I would be, maybe because other films were more disturbing (e.g. Saitankyori wa Mawari Kudokute) and made less sense.
I am glad though that they changed some of the story line from the manga. This Live action treated the material better and gave it more "heart".

I actually like KSG's character but Mi Joo rubs me the wrong way that I don't even know I can continue and Im only on ep 3 and already yawning.

As for my take on Imagase, I think his stalkerish behavior at first put me off, as to me this was more of an obsession, or the desire to possess than love. Usually, the feeling of love/attraction is stronger when it is unrequited or forbidden and there's a science behind it (read: dopamine reward system). But the movie changed my perception when it showed Imagase bawling his eyes out at the last scene. There's a vulnerability there that for me wasn't as clear in the beginning. Imagase realized that a relationship has to be a give and take and not just him fighting for it.

I actually like the ending of the drama better than the manga because it shows that Otomo is willing to make an exception for Imagase and actually wait for someone instead of randomly filling his gaps with anybody. It needs to show that Otomo is not given an easy way out with Imagase running back to his arms. It also highlights that Otomo never truly loved anyone because if he did, he wouldn't have cheated at every opportunity he gets. Otomo breaking off ties with the director's daughter shows that he is no longer to cover up his loneliness or for the sake of appearances, just with anybody. Otomo has to learn that love is not easily bestowed but earned.

That is why I never ask for season 2 of any shows (even it's not BL). Because most sequels are bad and even ruin the coupling for me. Only acceptable sequels for me are mostly Western Movie Franchises.

That one I somehow believed after viewing countless youtube videos of makeup transformations that can turn totally one person to look drastically different. So it could be entirely possible or maybe I'm just
gullible and they switched models like show one person before and another person after like how they sometimes do for weight loss ads. Haha.

Am I the only one who keeps thinking throughout the drama: where in the world Joo Gyung gets the money for her (what looks to be expensive) cosmetics, beauty tools, and also fashionable clothes? She only started using them AFTER the family lost money and had to move, and it doesn't look like she's working anywhere.

Oh I'm sorry I hurt your feelings, but I'm pretty sure that I'm entitled to my own opinion. I did say in my review that it maybe just me. Not everyone will like the same thing or the same movie for that matter. And thank you for wishing me to find people in my life worth sacrificing for, I will make sure to tell my children that.

Yes, on MDL, some of them are 15+ but on Viki they are R and NC-17. Not sure why.

Dramas have ratings too as well as TV shows. For some reason, Viki rates LGBT content as R or NC-17.

I think they are just following the rating on Viki. All the BL dramas and movies that are on that site are rated R or NC-17 despite the absence of actual nudity or violence.
