Hello!

I'm Tay. Welcome to my profile! I originally made my own, handmade list in order to watch things so I understand online references and jokes. It has turned into something else entirely. If you see I've rated something you enjoyed as low, please don't take it to heart. I'm learning what genres I enjoy and sometimes certain dramas or films don't click well with me. Something can be rated super high and I, for whatever reason, am just unable to get into the story.

I would love recommendations! It might take me a while to get to it, but I'll definitely check it out.

My goal for 2026 is 100 dramas. I don't think I counted my Dropped at part of my goal for 2025, so I think I'll do the same this year. I was able to just barely hit my goal in 2025 and with the Winter Olympics, I got behind on my goal for 2026. I've made up for it now. Let's go!

Other Interests! I've loved music since before I was born. That happens when your dad is a drummer. I grew up in the 2000s emo era and the emo to kpop pipeline is VERY real. My favourite groups are Stray Kids, Seventeen, and Ateez. I will listen to other groups, but just casually. I'm also a huge history lover and almost always have a podcast playing on my commute. I used to read a lot and still love to, but watching dramas takes up most of my time these days.

I mostly rate off vibes, not an actual system. However, I don't usually rate anything I drop. I dropped it for a reason.

How my Lists work: Currently Watching (usually watching at least 2 on my own and 1 with my family), On Hold (lists out the 10-15 I have picked out to watch next), Plan to Watch (the big boy), Undecided (unofficially on the list; will be added once I feel like PTW is more manageable and it won't take me my entire life to watch everything I want.)

On my handwritten list, I have 525 left to watch out of an initial 1,022. 251 were deleted for one reason or another.
