I feel like I am in the minority in that I don't love this drama. I'm on episode 4 of hospital playlist and I…
It looks like you want another season of Reply. If that's the case I doubt that you like this even if you watch until the last episode. I'm loving the focus on side characters.
I have similar feelings. i mean i thought I will enjoy watching it but am on ep 2 and am bored to death. Fact…
Same writer from the popular Reply Series. The first episodes are there to introduce all the characters. This is isn't your typical drama where the side characters are just there to fill in the time.
Yes I know, but keep in mind it'a meant to be a slow burn story concept, all around.
That's no excuse. When the Weather is Nice is a slow burn story but nailed it so far. You know your writing isn't convincing when you have to kill a character in a way that even a 12-year-old wouldn't have died just to keep the story going.
The fact that ep 03 and 04 (still a slow burn story, right?) were touching and moved the story in a nicer way shows that the first two were a mistake. I have no problem with a romance drama being slow, my problem is when writers think that an adult going alone to a far place, with a bad weather, KNOWING the danger and having no urgency (the person was already dead for years, for god's sake) is totally plausible makes me mad. It's sad because that trow a lot of people off, which is sad since ep 03 and 04 were so much better. We have other AI movies and dramas where the writers made it possible for us to have sympathy for a machine without 2 hours of having a human-turned-software on screen. Flashbacks would make way more sense here.
