Agreed.Whats with the fluffly font decision!?If this keeps up this way, they are likely to have destroyed one…
Apparently this will be produced by the same company that produced Fourever You. Very similar poster details.

Title Payback Spoiler
I loved watching this series so so much! The characterisation is amazingly strong. Each character is well defined,…
Yeah Sunny (Bank) did adult videos. The series did not include or implicitly state the reason but in the manhwa and novel, "Sunny" was in debt because he bought an expensive car to compete with an actor. But his backer in the manhwa and novel isn't as generous here in the series lol. Since his backer died, he doesn't have any money to pay the car (and it was set on fire too). "Sun" conspired with one of Sunny's lackeys and gave him a business card (the loan shark's where Sun also asked for money).

Title Payback Spoiler
Although they changed some things in the ending, especially the reveal of Jay being Sun's backer (which was sad because it was satisfying in the manhwa and novel), this still is one of the best BLs this year. I was not expecting much for this since I am used to adaptations being bad but this proved me wrong. And I’m glad to be proven wrong.

Though I was expecting more angst during that scene wherein Jay made Sun slice his wrist. It slightly not capture the angst in the manhwa and novel. It should have radiated Jay's anger because he really hated that Sun got hurt without his permission lol and that he chose not to answer his call because of guilt.

But overall, it’s a great watch.

To be honest, i just keep fast forwarding from episode 10 to the end just to end this. I don't know why it bore me out on the 2nd half.

I did skimmed the novel which was a bit hard to read (the switching of POV) and the only thing that kept me from dropping this is Ollie lol

There’s a major lack of directorial or writing skill/talent in this team. I don’t think Oat can act his way…
I did not expect BoatOat will be a part of this circus cuz tbh My Stubborn was "great" compared to this.

the thing that confuses me even more is how old are the characters meant to be, bc the main leads are 30/31. i…
Right??? I mean, was he asleep during sex ed class? Lol does he live in a mountain with no signal to not know a thing about the second gender?

Is the production company that produced this a small one? Because seriously, none of the side characters can act, the script, the direction, literally everything is screaming low budget, rushed, and just generally not well-prepared.

Girl can you just spoil me the main bits and the ending please?!!! When chae ha gets to know tae soon is the victims…
He doesn't "leave" him. In fact, Chae Ha was mature enough to understand why Tae Seon did not tell him that. They paused their relationship but it was just for a little while. It wasn't long at all. There were no grovelling too lol. It's not the grovel that TS will beg every single day. But TS did say he was sorry a couple of times that Chae Ha told him not to apologize anymore because it’s not Tae Seon's character haha

It was just fine for me. I was expecting Ryo to be a bit more expressive of his feelings since he liked Zen longer but that way I saw it, Zen def put more effort into their relationship even if it was his first time. The way he acted is not giving "I've always liked you since high school." Even the part where he was over thinking about Zen and that funny haired guy, I didn't feel his anxiety of "losing" Zen.

ig they’re trying to show how hot and cold he is?? 🤣😅
Novel Tae Seon is hot and cold in the best possible ways and the show isn't properly showing that 😮‍💨

As someone who had just read the novel, ep 5 and 6 disappointed me 😭 what was thattttt??? You just got stabbed last night and the next day you're hopping around??? Novel Tae Seon would never be that nonchalant. Sure we got the overly worried Tae Seon but the next day, he was like "Did you have a good rest?" Like??? Novel Tae Seon made a bigger fuss and was even more worried when Chae Ha was scratched in the face. Mind you, it was just a scratch and yet Tae Seon acted as if Chae Ha's face was disfigured.

Could you spoil a few things from the book? I'm curious about the differences.
Since we just have 4 episodes, there's no major difference I could say except the ep 4 drunk scene where they immediately have sx, in the novel they did not. They did it after the time Chief Song and Chae Ha went to the movies.

And with that murder case of the husband (I think it was ep 3), in the novel it's their children that were murdered.

Also, during the time when Chae Ha was just transferred to Tae Seon's office, he didn't actually meet Chief Song right then and there.
