No they were somewhat in their 30s both and it was mentioned. I think the first 7-8 episodes was focused on the work stuff but after the ML started chasing the FL and even declared he is a player it got interesting. Overall, the work focus was prominent( more than early spring).

It takes time a bit but it didn’t take that much time for me though. The leads are in their 30s in the drama maybe their age was an issue? The early spring couple are younger overall but the vibes were the same imo. Especially the fact that the ML in FITYMI was a player but helped the Fl with her work a lot

ML clearly loves the FL and he is trying, yet he is flawed and has a complex relationship with love. The FL is sweet and she is in love. This is like a very complex romantic relationship. So they must have toned down the novel a lot for audiences like me to see it this way. But at the same time, that’s how relationships are mostly these days; complicated.
besides the sizzling hot chemistry, i think the side characters are well written so far, especially Lumi. ML's friend is absolutely a great addition too. There are jerks at work which is normal and needed for the story to keep its coherence. hope they keep this up! not to mention the ost. it's so gooooood
In the novel, what is their relationship actually called? It started at one night stands and turned into a real relationship? Why does everyone say he was a red flag so bad? Only for his bad mouth? Also ML in drama keeps saying this FEELING OF LOVE to FL. Like he believes what they have is love not lust. Is the same in the novel?
