I think he is not his father. Otherwise where demon kings powers come from. It is probably from demon king & Emperor's sister or whoever she is. But I am still uncertain why he favours JX so much 🤔

well, he was afraid of meeting black snake, because he thought that black snake would recognize yellow snake in him. From this I figured that yellow snake is gone and its powers are now inside BC. also at the end of ep 21 , we were shown a black snake (as animal) which vanished or so and after that JX put a protective sphere or whatever it is called above Canwu. anyway, we were not really shown anything, so these are just my thoughts

I see, I must say I agree with JX here and not with HN. And also wish that JX stays a god of flower. But in the 2nd life HN already told that she does not want to cultivate. pus if JX is a demon king, celestial realm won't allow his existence. Being mortal might be the only way for him then ...so I guess the ending will be the same as in novel 😔

Tbh I get lost in chinees mythology. Mortal reincarnate too, right? So basically in novel they got to live 1 mortal life together and then what? They forgot each other and lived each their own next lifes apart? It would be fine if there were no gods and immortals in this story. But with them being present I don't see becoming mortals as a HE 😔

I guess he won't, I am just trying to understand BC's logic. Or is his hate so big that he doesn't care that ML will reincarnate and just wants to kill him at least once?

on the other side, i remember his father saying that if he fails his tribulation, his soul will vanish or smth like this. so may be being killed is the same as failing tribulation? otherwise he will just reincarnate again and repeat..

Yes, I would prefer them to live long life together without all those reincarnations 😅 they don't have to be emperor & empress. I would be content with ashes of love kind of ending (that part where they lived in peace far from everyone)

even mortals can cultivate to become immortals though (if they still wish). otherwise they will reircarnate and meet again and again in each life? it feels a bit weird to be honest, so I hope they wont take this route
