...i dont remember which drama it was, but someone asked if there's no possibilty your feelings towards a person would change. The other character answered that it would depend, if how you see this person would also change.
I think this would definitely apply to SAL.
Though, for this drama they didnt even have any kind of history (as of ep11, there were no flashback they even met as kids) they met as adults and though they call themselves as cousins, they're aware they're not blood related. Developing romantic feelings is not impossible.

Yeh. She seemed to be going overseas for college. But in the trailers and opening and ending credits, it seems they will attend final year of highschool and someone mentioned in the comments they will take the big exam (gaokao?).
