I think this would definitely apply to SAL.
Though, for this drama they didnt even have any kind of history (as of ep11, there were no flashback they even met as kids) they met as adults and though they call themselves as cousins, they're aware they're not blood related. Developing romantic feelings is not impossible.

I see this as her worried about their finances and just wanting to rant.
she seems to be a softie like her son, and she wouldnt actually kick her out.

After the first 4 episodes, im invested.
It's sort of a relaxing and a not so complicated story. Just 2 people falling in love.
I like the bgm/ost too.

Theres no denying there's chemistry b/w yexian and gjz.
But there alsonalways been chemistry when gjz and cyy are on screen . Even in their previous collabs. But that's just me. 🙂

I dunno. I think she was already fascinated of him since she first saw him. It might not be love at first. she never considered him since the gap in their status and he's their family's benefactor. Until he declared himself.
The fact that she decided as she said to gamble in marrying him instead of following her safer original plan of not marrying him, already says a lot of her feelings for him.

I first saw him in one and only, he hardly had any scenes, but i loved watching him there. He was very pretty.
