Ik a lot of ppl donβt like it, but itβs their personal preference. I cried almost every episode because it…
I still like it but ep 18 was meant to be sombre. I suppose it is an opening for what is to come in ep 19. It was a downer with the setting and seeing the way JQX lived. They are gradually easing us into a storm of emotions until it is all resolved. I think we all need to wait for the end to understand the way this drama was produced. Sometimes we need to reach the end of the road to look back to understand. It is a matter of viewpoint.
Ep 18 is just the bridge to 19. You can wait to watch it.
I mean, you can watch it but it is the one episode so far that I found not so exciting or uplifiting. But it is meant to be sombre I suppose. I think they are trying to keep us in suspense but with only 6 more episodes left...Maybe they will show us a lot more in flashbacks after they meet again I assume in ep 19. It might be an extended conclusion as in TFF when it spanned about 3 episodes and all the little details were revealed that they didn't show us.
Honestly never understood the part why the ML had to leave, thought he was going to study, but in the upcoming…
Did you see the part when Cherry was tutoring the little boy who reminded her of JQX. Then later you saw her thinking that JQX must have needed her. That was so obvious watching JQX when he looked at her how much he needed her. She was his light. In her he sees everything good in his life. For him to leave her, it must mean he wanted to protect her from something. Ep 18 showed his life in HK and he is struggling. The way he loves her, he doesn't want to bring Cherry who has been his shining star into what he must feel is his dark world. Whether we agree with him or not, it is how he felt. And knowing him and his brilliant mind, he thinks things through deeply and when he sets his mind to something, he does it. I might be wrong but it my perception of why he left. There is no way he would leave her other than to protect her. And some were mad at him because he lied to her the last time but I think he wanted to see her happy when he left and he didn't want her to see him leave. It was if a part of him wanted to capture that moment in his mind or he wanted to believe it was true even in that brief time for him and for her. Now to details to what happened to his family I think had to do with finances. It was the conversation between Jing Tao's father and Cai's father that gave me that impression. I will have to rewatch that part. But that was the gist of what I got.
I think both episodes 18 & 19 are coming out today.
Netlfix has up to ep 17. I will just watch the cheerleading scene again. I cannot get enough of Ling He in that. Then I will watch my favorite scene in ep 15 and by then ep 18 should be ready.
I think both episodes 18 & 19 are coming out today.
It's not there yet. I usually fall asleep and wake up to watch so I am not sure what time we will see it. Netflix is usually at 12:30 I think but since it is behind, I have to watch elsewhere π€
If you dont mind can you tell me what country you're talking about?
The video on this tik tok is one of my favorite scenes! I don't know how Ling He does it but he knows how to use his expressions and the way he closed one eye like a boy sneaking a look was so adorable!
Another post !!! not my words but just pasted here #OurGeneration π has reached an average effective playback…
I don't really understand the data reports so I watch Marcus Here. He uses Vlinkage and I saw that OG was #2 these past few days. On Sunday it was #4 which is good since it started the Monday before I think.
