The relationship between the leads in TFF is definitely different from HL. One is based on the blush of first love with some emotional depth and the other is based on healing the pain from first love given a second chance with themes of PTSD or psychological trauma..

I had to laugh reading this and please don't get upset when I tell you it took me a while to start to see her as pretty. It was her side profile I didn't like. I still don't love it but now she seems prettier as the drama goes on. I wasn't thrilled she was the FL but now I love her as YiFan. I had to comment when you said you love her side profile 🤣

I love his character in both also. You can still see traces of him as Sang Zhi's Ge Ge especially when he calls her "little rascal."

I will let you know for sure. My most anticipated ZLH drama is Our Generation though. I can't wait to see them back together so when that starts I will be watching from the very first day!
