the spa music in the background throughout this drama was an interesting choice

I’m so sad because at the start their interactions were so funny and cute

that part didn’t catch me off guard at all. the way the writers wrote the ML’s behaviour caught me off guard. He left her crying in her bedroom, having lost her job, and goes on a business trip to babysit his idiotic businesss partner who doesn’t even know what percentage of his business he needs to own to be in control of it. The FL tried to call, his phone was off, she sent him a message and he sent a single rude dismissive response, she tried to call him again and he was drunk and passed out. she is at such a low point in her life, jobless, worried, sick and he is nowhere. the whole he needed to sort out his feelings blah blah - whatever it is beyond selfish. so the FL words and actions were 100% correct. her saying “you make me feel insecure” is the truest line she has spoken. I haven’t watched episodes 33-36 yet but at this point I don’t even care anymore

loved this so much at first but on episode 32 and starting to hate it

if you liked this then try Love Game in Eastern Fantasy but it is more fantasy than just historical.

ep. 31, no love triangle, romance is minimal like maybe 5%

Great if you enjoy watching FL act like a 5 year old with a non existent IQ level

there are some twists along the way but yes it’s slow in the beginning. I watched 1 episode per day and in the end was glad to have completed it! I don’t think it’s really a binge watch type of drama

the last 5-6 episodes are the best!

At the language school she is studying Thai. she is literally attending a lecture in Canada where they are giving the lecture in Russian and it makes no sense

I personally decided that watching the entire show is better than dropping it after a few episodes and then calling it terrible. Or would you prefer I don’t watch it at all and call it terrible? Forcing myself to watch 1 episode a day is hardly binging it. It is human nature to come check comments and see if anyone else is experiencing the same, completely not getting why a show is so popular. If it would help, the cinematography was stunning. Your rant doesn’t change the fact that, for some people, the drama is still pretty terrible. People are allowed to have opinions. It’s clear from the rating that a lot of people (obviously including you) loved it. Good for you and good for them.

I’m watching everything, because I want to see what all the fuss is about. But can only bring myself to watch about 1 episode a day. And it’s descending into such ridiculousness…every time I think it can’t get worse, nope it does.
