ahhhhhhh That's harsh.
I am happy that they could finish the project despide all this upheavals.
But I am sad that they couldn't realize their artistic vision.

It happens often in china I imagine. Because this is not the first time that I here about such cases : Producer leaving the project ( lost you forever, till the end of the moon).

Poor guy, his facial expressions were so funny. He was really pitifful. I feel ashamed to laugh but it was hilarious.

They could have ended it at +1000 years when TTJ has returned and LSS pursues him to make him fall in love with her/ marry her and he is fleeing her acting like he has amnesia.
That would have been a bickering playful endind that I would have liked more.
If they acted that in "hello saturday" HI6, I think the fans would love it.
I know I would.

This is hilarious also that she told (him in the car) on the first episode that she would keep on going to speed-dating.
Wich forced him to make a move and propose (^_^)

This definitly a happy ending because they reunite and no one is amnesic.

As for the explaination of the ending .
I guess that after Ji Yang exploded in ashes a sliver of his soul was saveguarded somehow in some artefact.

I suspect NanYan's mother of doing something about it because Ji Yang returns with "The Seal Of Romance" and gives it to Nan Yan. And we know that Nan Yan's mother was the one owning this seal.
So this is why I think that she did something to help Ji Yang reincarnate, keep his memory and own the Seal Of Romance.

Why is a happy ending a weird ending to you?

Yes @DefyingDestiny I agree. At first she is not interrested in him.
I just think that early on she found him handsome.

I personally found a lot of guys hansome in high school but never develop anything for them.

Everything was impeccable in my opinion.
This in my fav opening scene ever.
ZLH deserve such iconist love/hate combat scene.

@RikuTheUnicat I am still at mid-season of the drama. So there is a lot to watch but from what I saw Female Lead fancies Male Lead.
It could be from high school but never developed it.
Why ? Because when she was drunk she confessed so to Male Lead.
( she loves his : eyes, mouth, noze..)

And she fell gradually for him from the speed-dating event.
Thus there is no two-timing.

There is something going on with Female Lead. Even her best friend noticed it early on. She teased her about how she reacted to Male Lead.
I strongly believe that she started to fall for him from the matchmaking meeting and she fancied him already in high school but this never develop.
This is why it is subconscious to mee.

I love how caring Male Lead is toward her and their interactions.
In my opinion she dated the doctor who never cared so much about her.
So she is clumsy and flees any contact with Male Lead at first because she doesn't have se*ual experience.

Otherwise why would she be so shy?
Why would she be uncapable to express her feelings and emotions?

Me too. I was taken aback when they killed sen luo narrated it. And the leads fight scene was the most anticipating fight for me.
It could have been a big promotion's source. (clips, gif, trailer....)

It benefits both of them because ML would be caugh in a scandal even if he is a leader. FML would be fired as she said.

I am on episode 13 and for now I did not find anything unconfortable. It is funny to see them exchanging gifts and escaping the colleagues watch. Maybe later on, it gets different.

Now that you mentionned it yes, this is great that this drama passed the censorship approval.

ML looks more suprised to me.
Yes, he seemed like a stalker in high school memories.
But I think that she is telling the truth even if her love for hi is in he subcounsciousness at that point of time.
Because, why is she always trying to flee or hide from ML everytime she sees him or he gets close to her.
I think that she is afraid of her own feelings for him.

And this believalble because love always comes as a suprise.
