Yes it is frustating but when I watch as it aires, I can take the time to appreciate it. And I have the time to guess what will be the next move of the cast members. Wich I couldn't if I had all the episodes in one go.

I prefere not comment on glimpse of previews. To be honnest, I never watch previews.
From my understanding of the already aired episodes, he is for the first time confessing his feeling and he knows that he will have to take responsibilities. This is what Female Lead asked him to do before kissing him. So, to me, he will fight for her.
I'm hoping the magical deer will play a bigger role than just a means to get the snow branch. It would be cool…
