Actually, Zhang Qishan is not Zhang Qiling's grandfather. They belong to completely different branches of the Zhang family. Zhang Qiling comes from the pure-blooded inner family, whereas Zhang Qishan belongs to the mixed-blood outer family. This distinction is clearly visible from their tattoos: Zhang Qiling bears a Qilin tattoo, while Zhang Qishan has a Qiongqi tattoo.
